It usually goes the other way. Just today I read how we are merely a liquor store for Finland and a military airfield for USA.:mrgreen:

So of the four other nordic countries only Denmark rewarded Måns with 12p. Norway, Iceland and Finland all had Italy first! That really is a surprise to me.

I don't know if Italy's surprising success in the OGAE voting is good or bad news.......................

Well I personally am surprised Israel is not ranked higher. With all the prejudice and stereotypes of OGAE being a gay club and all that. But then again, Conchita did a lot worse last year, IIRC.

That is surprising but I'm sure once the real voting happens they will all fall in line ;)

I wouldnt be so sure of that. I am not sure that Sweden will be the clear winner of the Nordic votes this year. But as for Italy I dont think they will get any 12p from the scandinavians.

I don´t think :nl: will get all :12: from the Nordic countries this year ;), maybe :ee: can snag the one from :fi:

we will get at least two :12: from our neighbours

I updated my earlier post with the top 3 and top 5 from OGAE since 2007

Well, I dont know if this is good or bad for Italy. But I DO think it is bad news for Sweden. If Sweden cant make it in the OGAE's, with Måns as the singer, I think they might be in for a struggle in Vienna.

I think Estonia can snagg 12 points not only from Estonia. The Netherlands will surely not get any 12p.

OGAE's voting is a funny thing to follow, but I don't think that neither :it: nor :se: (or :ee:) has to feel in trouble if the OGAE voting goes in a certain way, folks!

They have to think to the staging and their vocals. That's it.

I'm curious about :au:, for me the winner of this year. Will they achieve the top 5 of OGAE at least?
