Other then that I don't think anything except their willing to spend their money and travel to all events religiously. Maybe they get some special benefits or something (besides the pleasure of the music )

Well I was one year member in Belgium, and for my 20 euros I got a book about eurovision 2013.
Tomorrow is a Belgian OGAE Party I know and I think there they'll vote

My name is Calvin, and I'm an OGAE member. And while I'm confessing things, when I was seven, a friend and I were playing a video game, and I looked up the cheats to help us finish. Also, when I was eight, I went to play mini golf with my cousins, and they said that I was six so that we could get a discount, and I didn't say anything. Also, I killed Jimmy Hoffa.
