As I was trying to remove Lost Islands from the list, I noticed they weren't even there. Instead, Trash Canyon was still there, while the former doesn't appear in any earlier table. Which means there must have been other withdrawn countries appearing in the table in place of Lost Islands in the past It's a mess, but it's details that don't change anything in the actual scores, so I cba to retroactively fix past tables now. Everything should be in order now. If you spot any mistakes, however, let me know.

I tried to judge on each individual case whether or not a new name meant a new nation or not.
Insomnéa and Zumkotzen for example count as the same nation, while Kamandé and Orovoda don't.
