If Leyla is 10, shouldn't Kamande be 26?

I've always considered Kamandé as an entirely new country, rather than a continuation of Orovoda with a change of name.

That said, I don't mind where you count it in the timeline.

Well, the first decade also had the most debuts period by far.

Im more curious as to why only 3 editions between 59 and 88 have active debutants. Seems to be a very clear divide of old nations, new nations, and Doire feat. Turks right in the middle.

I guess the 50s and 100s had more countries withdrawing, cause people felt the milestones were a good moment to leave.
