Well, if only Greenfroze would be in problem I would give them a 75 % penalisation but since Celinas is a PQ and I don't want to disqualify them because they didn't vote for reasons not depending to them, both nations are in the Contest. I hope they manage to vote though.

What is the difference between Celinas' and Greenfroze's situation that would make you punish one of them and leave another one untouched? Such na action would be non-consequent, in my opinion.

we already had that in the past...
and if one nation gets the deduction and fail to make the final because of that it will be sooo NOT fair the other one to be in the final even with not voting for the same reason.

If Greenfroze receives amount of points allowing them to qualify no matter who they would have voted for (12 pts ahead of 10th places is always enough), it will also make them "already qualified". You would strip one nation out of their final place and let another one enter.

I have no strong opinion if they should be punished or not, what i'm convinced about is that your decision should be the same in both countries' situation.

so if Celinas doesn't vote and you leave them IN the final, does the 11th place with higher average qualify too?
and it would be unfair if Greenfroze qualifies even though they do not vote.

LOL. Why do we have to randomly change the rules each time a situation arises? If they aren't able to vote they should try to find some other means but they know the consequences if they aren't able to complete their votes. I'd try to find another way to vote if I had that problem but if not I'd take the punishment cause it's not fair on others who have voted.

Once I voted in FSC by SMS to Alexu because of my internet concetion, but I didn't need Internet conection to listen to the songs, while in NSC you can't listen to the songs without Internet....

Thanks for dealing with this well Lucian This situation is always really difficult, and tricky to solve, because most of NSC is divided on it >.>
But yes, all nations should understand that the rules are the rules, and that leniencies come as favours from the host It's a shame for people to lose their internet connection at the crucial moment, but I hope they can still find a way to vote. There's half an hour for them still!
