Is it my bias showing or is Elsie's song's chorus very catchy? I dont even fully like the full song and I've only heard the snippet and the full song once and it's stuck in my head.

Sandras Song is powerful, but the chorus is too close to TAKASA and I hated that one…

Overall, the this semi is much weaker than the first one.

A good example of why songs can differ so much even when the melodies are relatively identical. I don't like Takasa's sound at all.

Jone's song seems very autotuned so it will never become my number one. But there are definitely some great songs in this competition - as there was in the year before and the year before that. You gotta admire Norway!

if yes - there is a similarity in the chorus (aha-ha-ha) but the rest of this song is completly different.
a completly different case is the jone song - some parts are nearly 1:1 to older songs p.e. the song from 2018 in #364.

Haha sorry (but i didnt say waist does but These kind of fun dance Songs dont "have to" imo. I'm not a huge Fan of either and usually elsies song should totally be my style but i'm not feeling it.)

I know Heats 1 and 2 are the hot topics rn, but Heat 3's Akuvi - "Triumph" snippet sounds very promising. Very Raylee, but also seems like it might end up the best bop of the NF.

Is there even a clear chorus? I'm sorry but this kind of singsang doesn't go anywhere. Just like every Victoria song... Death Of Us was much better. She's definitely not a safe qualifier with that song.

All in all this is a very weak SF. Y'all like Ella and Sandra? I'm sorry but these songs don't give me anything.

My favourite still is Ekko Inni meg. I'm concerned about how this will be performed live though. This could end quite in quite a disastrous way live - just like Human did in the NF for example (I loved the studio version of that song too).

I agree with you about everything here except your view on the SF overall being very weak. I think it's a strong SF like everything else we see from Norway these years.

"Dangerous" advanced. "Pray for me" finished second. 'Going nowhere' has sadly, never stopped Norway.

I think the qualifiers will be Elsie and Bjorn Olav and *one* of Sandra / Jone. A fucking sobering thought.

I can recognize that, I guess. I actually criticized Raylee for this back in 2021 (yep, it's that long ago!). Her first version was good, but the styling used in the final was too much 'cool-chick-with-attitude' - well, that's an understatement really.
