If this is a suggestion for a spin-off, it can be added in the poll, but if it wins, then people who will take part can send any bottom 3 song from 2013 editions (only one per country). Spin-offs work like that, special editions like Anniversary and Congrats can be discussed in other threads like in FSC Chat Box.

"FSC 2013 Bottom 3 Songs Spin-Off" can be the suggestion.

I would like to host someday an spinoff but unfortunately im a total amateur :? in making banners, i dont know how to do em, maybe if someone helps me

You could even make text show, or use paint to add text in any picture, or even use one of the sites for banner making. I think everybody can host this way.

I'm sympathising with you. If I'd the skills I would want to try it out for sure as well. For spin-offs, however, no one expecteth anything other than dependability I think.
