So my suggestion is that each December spin-off from now on (with the start of December 2013), should be a sort of "Best of *insert current year* Spin-off", where the participating juries (who wants to enter the Spin-off) are obliged to enter an entry from their own country, and the entry must be an FSC entry from that particular country picked from any of the FSC editions (Jan-Dec) that particular year. Also, if more than one jury member from a single country enters the Spin-off, they have to collaborate together in a similar fashion as in the actual FSC, meaning they have to work together as a jury picking one entry for their country aswell as voting together.
The entries picked should be free of choice with the restrictions that the juries must represent their own countries (well the same country they represent in FSC that is) and pick an FSC entry from that country and from that particular year. However, they are free to pick any FSC entry (from their country) from that year, regardless if they entered these entries in FSC themselves (for instance some FSC juries may have joined FSC later on the year or some still waiting to join, but can obviously still pick an earlier FSC entry from their country even if they weren't in their country juries back then).
What do you guys think?

Hm, I'm not sure if I myself would like that considering the Philippines has, up to this point, only 4 entries to choose from, and none of them did very well. The Best-of Spin-off would give a big advantage to songs that had already won and done well in main FSC.
Also, one of the reasons why the FSC spin-offs are fun is that, imo, you can pick a country that's not your own.

This one is like Congrats edition we have in NSC and WorldVision. So, it's not a spin-off actually, but it can take place in the main section and each jury that wishes to take part can send one entry from their 2013 entries (and winners are better not to be acceptable. In WV we have a rule that winners are not acceptable, in NSC there's no such rule to disallow them if I'm not mistaken, but they aren't encouraged and if I noticed well, nobody sends winners).
I have to talk with the other mods about this and let you know.

Aha, yeah this could be a good idea aswell! I put the suggestion here in the spin-off thread, but yeah it could actually be a good feature for the regular FSC rather.

How about all the bottom 3 songs in every edition from January To Dec to compete for a second chance? Then we have the winner?

If this is a suggestion for a spin-off, it can be added in the poll, but if it wins, then people who will take part can send any bottom 3 song from 2013 editions (only one per country). Spin-offs work like that, special editions like Anniversary and Congrats can be discussed in other threads like in FSC Chat Box.
"FSC 2013 Bottom 3 Songs Spin-Off" can be the suggestion.

Has there been any discussion about my "Best of 2013"-FSC idea yet? I know it may not be fit for the Spin-off idea, but in general.
