As for the NF, I think thinking of that already after two pre-party performances that didn't go well is really going too far-either wait and see how they do on the night of the semi/final should they qualify, or perhaps change something within the selection process? Idk?

Back to the good old times where we were rubbish. Though with some practice you never know, cause I'm pretty sure they can sing. They should try to learn to blend their voices more and make a big podium with microphones and everything and practice what they want to do on the big stage in a few weeks.

Oh they can both sing pretty well, they just lack experience in terms of performing and dealing with different audio conditions etc. And the pressure might get to them.

But even if they nail their ESC performance, I think Switzerland and Latvia will still end up higher. I don't really see a path for this song.

Neat aspects going for this song. I like the way it progresses, the chorus is quite memorable and the duet aspect of the song is enjoyable. The last bit of the song, while at first was a breath of fresh change, now feels quite... incoherent? Idk. Kind of gave me a jumpscare this time. Sort of feels like a last minute attempt at trying to save this song from getting too boring, which it kind of still is. The show will have to rely on good chemistry and vocals, and while I haven't taken a good look at the pre-parties all that much for this particular country, it does sound worrying. Yikes.

I still think it has a reasonable chance of qualifying. The voters will forgive a few vocal hiccups. However if the vocals are generally quite poor and if they sing noticeably out of tune, it will affect their televote enough to NQ in my opinion.

btw, I think this is the version they'll sing at esc. there's no way it's not qualifying, there will be nothing like it at the semi and a very good running order.

It’s actually very nice but again, when the chorus sets in, the magic is lost, like in the studio version. I wish them all the best though. It’s not my fave song but far from the worst and it would be nice if they‘d qualify!

They sing it in a higher key now. It was solid, but I also feel it's a bit less impactful now. For them it's good this live tv performance went well tho, the negativity around them in the media and all got a bit too much imo.
