Well what you mean as Balkan sound?As I can understand it there are to types...the one it like "Lane Moje" and the other like "Ovo je Balkan"

EBU should take note

Montenegro qualifies (and ends up at a decent position in the final)? = Serbia, Croatia, Bosnia and maybe Bulgaria back!
Poland & Hungary qualifies (ending up at decent positions in the final)? = Slovakia and Czech Republic back!

Let's see how EBU will handle this with that in mind, however seeing how entries like the Montenegrin and Polish ones were treated last year by "the group of people we shouldn't mention", I'm skeptical. Hopefully all the withdrawals from the Balkans this year might have been a wake-up call, or maybe not?
