Now up to some unpopular opinions, because this one sank in my ranking real fast after the performance. The song is kinda...uninspiring? I realized I'm just hyping the 1 part of the lyrics XD So if I show some skin Doesn't mean I'm giving in but honestly, not much is going on in the song besides it. If jury ranks this high as to say it's radio-friendly than I understand why Europe doesn't produce much global hits

Also: everyone called Serbia and Azerbaijan stiff or off-tune but did anyone see Destiny's performance, she was literally just wiggling her arms a little bit and calling it a choreo

It seems like we were the only ones who got "Je Me Casse". 7th place is good for Malta of course, but 47 points from the public is once again quite the failure for a favourite that remained so until the very end in the odds.

I stopped believing in a victory as soon as I saw the staging. I thought she would win the jury vote and perform better with televoters though. Overall, the televoting results were quite shocking by their harshness, and they almost showed everyone on camera this time around.

Destiny should still be proud of her achievements: 18 years old, a JESC win and a top ten finish in the adult contest. Not too shabby tbh. Who knows, maybe she'll come back when she gets older.
