Babe, are you hiding? Are you alright?
You look like an angel, that fell from the sky
And boy you keep talkin', massaging my ego
With your unoriginal pickup line

Hell no, I'm not your honey
Hell no, I don't want your money
Got it wrong, I ain't into dummies
No-o-o-o

So baby, it's not a maybe
Yeah, I'm too good to be true, but there's nothing in it for you
So if I show some skin, it doesn't mean I'm giving in
Not your baby

Je me casse, je me casse
If you don't get it (Je me casse)
Je me casse, je me casse
I'm not your baby

Boy, are you pouring that drink in my hand?
Thinking if I'm drunk then, I'll give you a chance
Boy, you keep buying and complaining so stop trying
Not gonna give it up and change my plans

Hell no, I'm not your honey
Hell no, I don't want your money
Got it wrong, I ain't into dummies
No-o-o-o

So baby, it's not a maybe
Yeah, I'm too good to be true, but there's nothing in it for you
So if I show some skin, it doesn't mean I'm giving in
Not your baby

Je me casse, je me casse
If you don't get it (Je me casse)
Je me casse (Je-je-je me casse)
If you don't...

Ladies, if you feel like flaunting tonight, it’s alright, it's alright
Ladies (Ladies), listen to me!
Listen and go right ahead, show you're shining

If you don't get it, if you, if you dont' get it (Je me casse)
If you don't get it, if you, if you don't get it
Excuse my French

Baby, it's not a maybe
Yeah, I'm too good to be true, but there's nothing in it for you
So if I show some skin, it doesn't mean I'm giving in
Not your baby

Je me casse
Je-je-je me casse
I'm not your baby

The bridge was brilliant...Destiny also did a great job in approaching the song in a way that displayed more of her vocal firepower. It was better than I expected. I also preferred this haircut to the bob she experimented with.

But I didn't get winner vibes as I did with Toy. I don't know if it's because of how I react to the staging or if it has more to do with the song.

It just doesn't feel like the complete package and I think this is a year where a complete package may be needed to win.

I don't dislike it but don't enjoy it that much neither. To me it's more a 10th place, I don't get the winners vibe around this live performance (she definitely can sing but on the other hand it's not memorable and the energy struggles to touch me).

A lot of my non-eurovision loving friends aka. casual viewers said that they loved this song the most in the first semi which makes me nervous actually. If the public really loves it so much as to put it in top 3 in the televote then we have our winner here, because I am sure she will be in juries top 1-3.

Her silver dress is one of the worst dresses among the silver ones... but I really felt Destiny's performance last night and I know she'll do well xlove

Ok i was distracted a bit after Ukraine and now finally rewatched this and its total slayage, the stage presense is just bombastic, Destiny is full on charisma and staging is great too, actually during all 3 minutes there wasnt a moment when u could get bored because it was very dynamic.

İ dont know if Malta wins on Saturday but i am sure if she wins İ will like winner once again

I just hope Destiny and the Maltese will get to appreciate the result nonetheless as it will probably be their best since 2005. i feel that sometimes with the pressure to win people stop being appreciative of what they have. Malta has been in the top 10 once in 15 years so becoming a contender is an accomplishment in itself. I don't want another Kristian Kostov moment where he was devastated for not winning instead of being happy for getting the best ever result for his country. And this is up to the delegation, how the handle the performers and how much pressure they put on them.

Despite all the hype, is it ok to have the impression that the song and its presentation reminds clearly of Netta's "Im not your toy"? It's not a big deal, there are some entries every year that try to "make use" of previous winners' concepts.

I'm still not a fan of this song but the performance was really good. Wouldn't like to see her winning, but top 10 would be alright.

I honestly don't get why people are comparing this to Toy so much. The message is (kinda) the same, the song, singer and performance are totally different.

Yeah, not really getting "Toy" from this either xshrug

I think this will be the juries #1, but I dunno something leaves me cold with this one, there is little to no authenticity here, the track is an import from Sweden and a revamped MF reject and generally has little character to it, also not really feeling the idea of having an entry that was just shopped around for to win ESC xshrug
