I like the plucky synth backdrop during the verses, but the good pretty much stops there. The progression and lead melody are both rather underwhelming, and the lyrics are too cheesy to overcome that. The vocals are also pretty wispy, especially by the chorus.

Poor Jurij. The song is growing on me. But I think it's just one of the songs in the competition that most people didn't care about, like Latvia's. A good song but just nothing there to grab people's attention. It takes more than a pretty face of his to get this song qualify.
