If it turns out that Lithuania should have qualified then I agree with the idea that next year that next year they should be granted automatic qualification along with the Big 5 and the Netherlands.

i thought this could be the case but those shouldn't be in an official PDF and specially if this was the case the official RAI answer as to why the actual points given were different wouldn't basically be "lol idk!".
