It must feel strange to her that of all the entries that she's put forward to all of the various iterations of the Latvian and Lithuanian finals that THIS is the one she actually won with. A messy bop with a messy drop.

It's complete trash but it's entertaining, which might end up being a welcome relief depending on whatever's selected in the coming weeks. I can't say I LIKE it right now but I'm more than willing to admit my mind is ready to change come May.

well, maybe once i can get over the literal second hand embarrassment i get from watching this - i literally have to look away at points - it might grow on me (musically the comparisons to hvala ne are not all that outlandish), but as of now... 4 points. like, i will laugh and cringe and that's all. samanta is just too much, for a song that isn't enough.

also, this is absolutely NOT qualifying to the final in eurovision and whoever thinks otherwise is a foooooooooool.

for this wannabe progressive piece of trash. She might have an outstanding voice but the whole song is almost unlistenable to me: She's shouting and oversinging it, the beat-drop is utterly irritating and dated as hell, I absolutely hate her enunciation.
It's my least Latvian entry since 2013.

It's too messy for my taste. She's got an amazing energy, I have to admit and she'll sell that song well. Still I don't like the song and those moves make me cringe.

Instead we get... Samanta Tīna. Easily the worst Latvian entry for me, along with Triana Park, and most likely a contender for worst entry this year without even having heard the rest. There's nothing redeeming about this. Just obnoxious and annoying. I don't often give 0 points, but there's nothing I like about this.

Wow it did happen!!!

Her competition wasn't meanstream so they all ended up divided amongst themselves. In hindsight it was logical that this would happen. That Dukurs dude really drew a bad hand getting into this competition with those Mumford rejects on one side and the hipster song on the other side. Suddenly you're stuck with a really small net. You're catching everything there, but it's just not enough.
