I would worry about this year now. The official deadline is only 3 weeks away and there are only 9 confirmed countries. I bet they will postpone that deadline to the end of August.

I think JESC is dying, Unfortunately.

Not a big shock, But will not participate due to the expense. I doubt they will ever participate again, I don't like their 2004 entry that much.
