Ireland will now be one of just twelve countries to have taken part in all five Eurovision contests at some point, the others being Denmark, Greece, Poland, Portugal, Russia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, The Netherlands, Ukraine and United Kingdom.
Hopefully it will go well for Ireland, and they will continue taking part.

No, I highly doubt we will compete this year, the bad placings might be a reason, the ratings for the show as well (If you put it on "Barnkanalen" they shouldn´t be surprised about low ratings)

I seriously didn't think Sweden would get such a terrible result as it did last year. :? If they really want to be in a competition like this then maybe they should create one across Scandinavia (and maybe the Baltics), I know they use to have something a long this lines.

I was surprised too, I really don´t have a clue what we shall send to get success in JESC anymore
