La noia to Eurovision!

I hope Geolier will be prevented. The song gives absoltely nothing to me and I was shocked to see him first in the televotes. Now, I understand since the Italy-community explained it here. But I agree, should he win, I doubt that Italy will be in the top 10 this year.
Listen to the studio version and you will understand why it's so big. It would absolutely be in the top 10 at Eurovision.

Will watch the studio version tomorrow, but for me it is about the live performance - and I don't feel anything but boredom.
I do agree with you dear mauve.
Even to me is a boredom but for a precise reason that this song has more votes then so many other gems in this festival and risks to overshadow them only because he is famous in a certain part of Italy.
For this reason I really dislike it, I know it's a bit childish but I can't do anything.
I'll visit all the temples here in Malaysia and pray to all the gods to enlighten our juries as they did back in 2019 and push back this nightmare I'm feeling ❤️😘😍

I don't like Geolier but he was the most listened Italian artist on Spotify last year, maybe even the year before. it's not just Naples.

Geolier was fine/alright but I think he looks unbothered on stage - he wouldn't perform that well in May if you ask me.

Only listened to the Top12 in the Odds, cause the Rest is probably irrelevant.

Irama - Tu no - 7.3/10
Angelina Mango - La Noia 7.0/10
Il Volo - Capolavoro 6.7/10
Annalisa - Sinceramente 5.0/10
Alessandra Amoroso - Fino a qui 4.8/10
Diodato - Ti muovi 4.7/10
Geolier - I P'me, tu p'te 4.1/10

Many are pushing Annalisa and Angelina without noticing the real winner who will reach the finish line in the end: Mahmood. I have always appreciated his quality but so far he has always been my second winner, appreciating Irama more. However, over time I realize that Mahmood's product is brilliant, built in such a way as to be a world top song. The desire to see a woman triumph, one's idols, clouds perception. Italy with "Tuta Gold" will win in Malmö without anyone being able to hinder them. Everyone in the world is crazy about it. It has the same power as Käärijää but a finer and vocally non-dispersive construction. I'll leave the link to one of the many interesting reactions at the bottom of the message. This is to remind dear Nudiecrudi that he cannot in the slightest say that "La noia" and the presence of Angelina (which I recognize as good but still immature) are on the same level as "Soldi" and Mahmood. It's heresy.

I like Tuta gold but there's no way Mahmood is winning this. he's 5th with the press jury, behind Diodato (weak entry), and 5th with the televote and radio jury. it's between Angelina and Geolier.

Angelina flying in the odds since last night top 5 Is a good sign. Go Angelina, prevent us from the nothingness "I p'me, tu p'te, iss p' su zio" gives us.

PS: I don't know how Irama was so snubbed by the press: his performance in night 1 Is one of the best in the entire Sanremo edition 'til now.

Käärijää was about to win with a great song but a 0 voice and with a disappointing choreography and live performance, Loren won out of tune and inserting a toast plate, Mahmood was about to win with "Soldi", it's idolized among bookmakers and fandom the Ukraine's pink sauce Rap and can't win "Tuta Gold"? I understand your doubts, my friend, but this song has everything to quench the fans' thirst: originality (never seen such an impactful use of cell phone noise), urban and disco sound mixed with Italian singing and Arab and Latin American stylistic traits and a epic chorus that everyone will sing. And I didn't talk about the autobiographical elements, the difficult setting of the foreigner in society and pro-LGBT. It has everything. Here we have a world-class product at Måneskin level. Then obviously there are many songs that have to enter the competition but so far, also given the great competition that we are experiencing (there are several songs that would be good for the ESC), "Tuta Gold" is the best. I remain of my opinion that the Benidorm Fest, Sanremo, the other NFs and the Eurovision Song Contest must be won by quality and not by genre. In my opinion, the women in Sanremo have made a big leap forward but they are still not able to snatch the victory and stand up to the contrast with the other European divas. Angelina, the most intriguing in sound, barely reaches 25% of Chanel's power and we know that Chanel has lost the same.

and we are nicer and have better taste than the Spanish! ahahahahaah (I await the criticism ;-)
This is all for you to try 😌 Anyway, I'll add a thought to my previous thought. So far only "Ulveham" "Zorra" can compete with "Tuta Gold" (and Irama, Angelina and Annalisa). In fact, I wouldn't even be so sure of Angelina and Annalisa's supremacy over Norwegian and Spanish songs. Technically the songs by Annalisa and Angelina are not bad but they lack that epic effect that distinguishes them from the crowd (perhaps Angelina does better than Annalisa).
