I do find it interesting, however, that Enula (who was in the same season of Amici as them) submitted her song through the Giovani while they submitted theirs through the Big.



I suppose that is as much of a tradition as for the show to run over it's scheduled time. They always try to promise that the festival will be short, and yet every year without fail

Of course, we should judge the performances and the songs for the quality and not who is behind them, but when there is a competitor that I'm a fan of whom, as you say, gets "slime figures", my bias clouds my judgement XD

Want to know something Mrm? We Italians liked the song of Mannoia more "Che sia benedetta” is wonderful! But, as I told you yesterday, our historical singers will never take away a place on the ESC from a young singer. Also, ESC is a very youthful competition and these historical artists would feel out of place.This is why Gabbani was chosen.
