Do you remember two and a half months ago??
Many were rooting for Irama, @Matt too, and after Maneskin's win in San Remo all these people got really mad. Rooting so hardly for a song made them blind toward the real one.

I don't get this comment, people root for the songs they like the most I assume, winning is a bonus in the end of the day (not saying it's irrelevant though, it's a contest after all).

Now, I personally prefer some other tracks from Sanremo over Måneskin (as far as Irama goes, I prefer Måneskin though) and sure, not saying they would have a bigger chance to win but if I'd be true to my taste, I would have still chosen them.

Anyways, still happy about this victory

I just rewatched the televoting. And after it was clear that Italy won, Ethan stood there, not being able to believe it. He kept staring at the scoreboard. It was really sweet! And the genuine happiness from Victoria and Thomas and also Damiano ... beautiful!

I just rewatched the televoting. And after it was clear that Italy won, Ethan stood there, not being able to believe it. He kept staring at the scoreboard. It was really sweet! And the genuine happiness from Victoria and Thomas and also Damiano ... beautiful!

Everybody celebrating and the poor boy still gazing at the scoreboard, not believing his eyes. I started crying there.

These two look shady AF. Can music ”experts” be this out of touch with reality, or did they just take the opportunity to stop France’s biggest threat from getting a single jury point? (Italy ended up 11th with the French jury). Some other big favorites there as well: Switzerland, Finland x2, Ukraine, Lithuania and Iceland.

Maltese, Azeri, Spanish and French jury thanking Italy favorite with zero points, and their people televote them to 10 and 12.

Only 7 countries gave them televote less than 7. This was a massive televote!
