The Kolors are competing in the current edition of Amici:

Day after day I'm sure that The Kolors could be one of the possibile contestants for at the Eurovision 2016. They're currently #1 in the italian album charts, with a platinum in 2 weeks, and the american section of Live Nation Entertainment showed its interest for them.

I dont rate Noemi live.I know she is popular but i cant see her winning a SR.As people have said Dolcenera would be a great choice,but even the wonderful "Ci vediamo a casa" only got 5.59% of the televote.She was up against amazing songs from Emma and Arisa though.She would need a real killer song.I would love to see her win though as i rate her very highly.This year proved an amazing jury winner wont/cant win without a big televote.I still think Alessandra Amoroso with the right song could get a good televote,but would need the jury onside.At this stage i think she is a serious contender for selection.

The funny side of this thing is that we've got about 100 artists who could go, more or less popular. And they would all bring good choices.

Whomever they send next year, they will go again with the a big fish, I'm sure.

Italy is now among my favourite countries since their return in 2011.

They act kinda "We don't care, we just chill here at the ESC", but depsite that- they have huge stars year after year. And great high-quality songs you can realize with ease they are from Italy.

Well, Emma wasn't good, but despite that it was great to see Italy can fail, too.

I'm sure we'll see and hear something good from Italy in 2016.

Raphael Gualazzi wasn't really a huge star here. However, he's still a respected musician here.
Nina Zilli was more popular than Gualazzi at that time, but still not a star.
Marco Mengoni started to be a superstar with L'Essenziale, now he's one of the top artists here.
Emma Marrone became both a followed singer and one under the gossip rules. I feel like there's a bit more hate than love for her here...
Il Volo, yes, started to get more fame in Italy, but there are still divided opinions. They showed what they can do outside Italy, before Sanremo & ESC, now I guess they're able to keep their fame on.

The Italian music scene is amazing and I'm pretty sure that in the next few years Italy will win. I can say I've enjoyed all the Italian entries since your return!

Yes, Marzia is a huge star here (as she is in every country) She would without a doubt get 12.
