I'm also Italian (eventhough I was born and raised in Croatia), but that doesn't mean I support everything Italy sends. This year I hated "Grande Amore" (and I still hate it) and there was nothing to make me support that song. But let's wait Sunday and Conti's announcement, can we?

Well, as Italians born and raised in Italy we would like to support our country whatever it sends (and actually I supported Italy since 2011 'cause I liked all of our entries for different reasons), so I Gigi D'Alessio and his wife won't represent us

Don't worry, they won’t and for many reasons:
1. Italians hate Tatangelo, either she sends a masterpiece or a shit and there's nothing, not even d'Alessio who would change their mind
2. The other rumoured singers have also a fanbase.
3. I can't remember the third reason, but I think I made my point.

I'm Italian and I don't support my country no matter what it sends. I didn't support Italy in 2013 and 2015, and I don't care what the others may say about it.

However... I don't hate Anna Tatangelo. I'm not keen on her and her music but I'm not an hateful Italian xD

Ah, and goodbye to Fabrizio Moro - who adds himself to the list of those who WON'T take part. This list includes Alessandra Amoroso, Chiara and Giusy Ferreri (not mentioning nearly all of the participants from 2015 except for Annalisa who is still on some rumours, alone or with Marco Carta, and Dear Jack with their new vocalist Leiner Riflessi - and their FORMER vocalist Alessio Bernabei might compete too)
