I think it's awful. Just awful.

It looks like a shower cap, the things women put on their hair so that it cannot get wet when they're showering.

I'm really shaking my head on this.

Maybe that's the thing this year... Forget the violins, cellos and drums. Lithuania qualifies due to a blindfold. Italy wins because of a showercap! xrofl3

Today is the day. Whatever the result will be, I'm happy that Rai TV chose Nina Zilli for the ESC. She's truly the jewel of the italian musical landscape and I'm proud of her (no matter which color will be her hair tonight :D). No better choice could have been done.
And, since everything is going to end tonight, it seems right to remember for the last time how it all started, 102 days ago, on Valentine's Day, with this performance.

^Spoiler alert!!

The hair of (only) male background singer is very distracting, it doesn't look quite soigné. I prefer him to have his hair like he had it during the rehearsal (in a tail).

Some parts of the Nina's singing were not strong or impressive enough. The first "la la la la la la la" and the first line of the bridge "Ma che caldo fa". I hope she'll be at her best tonight!

But I'm happy the 'blue thing' on her head yesterday is not part the show anymore! Pfeeewww, that was quite a shock.

It's a tough one to call, Italy. It's a classy song and it has a lot of fans but is it really going to get major support from televoters? I think it'll do well, not so sure about it being the winner though.

Prediction: 5th-7th

Same here. There are some other italian artists that I'd really like to see in ESC, but from Sanremo'12 Nina was the greatest choice for sure. I barely knew what ESC was (I've seen the final almost for a case last year), until in Sanremo they told that one of my favourite singer would've competed in Baku. Few days later I found this forum and learned a lot more. I remember well the night she performed "Per sempre" for the first time. It was my birthday and that was a gift from Nina xbirthday xsman

I'm happy like all of you for not seeing those fake blue hair anymore on her head. That was quite scary xmarge

She is so lovely in these interviews. I guess she will get 12 points from Germany this evening as she has such an amazing voice. Good luck Nina :D

Today was the first time ever that I voted in Eurovision and I did it for Nina! So glad she received seven points from us.

I think Italy was so convinced of winning, that they gave Sweden a big fat zero....

One of two countries I voted tonight was Italy. Nina was FANTASTIC tonight and I can't understand how it didn't end up in top5. She deserved much better result, imo. This song and previous one (Per Sempre) will remain my favorite form 2012. Ninaxheart

Meh, last year Ukraine and Germany were the only top ten countries that received points from Italy.
