Anti Jewish behaviour has been on the rise across Europe since October, it doesn't even matter if they are Israeli, pro israel or the opposite. If someone wanted to do something at eurovision they'd probably research and i don't think it would take them long to learn that tali is Israeli and has a brother in the IDF. The twitter crowd have been vocal. Now keep in mind the fact that she's Jewish is enough, this will more than paint a target on her head. And a smart person would work out she's the easier target, so I sincerely hope they are taking her security seriously.
Regarding Tali, I'm really concerned too. I don't think Luxembourg is at all equipped to secure her safety. RTL has been total shit at communicating (adopting a "if we don't say anything it will just go away" strategy
) and seems to have left her to fend on her own. I am pretty sure they have nothing in place to assure her security or have even thought about it. Plus, let's not forget that the RTL Eurovision team has no real idea of what they are facing - they've been gone for over 30 years and seem totally disconnected.
Tali comes across as extremely level-headed and sincere, including when she talks about Israel and about being Jewish, like in this article that came out yesterday:

But yes, unfortunately I think she will have a really hard time with part of the ESC fans, and I hate all this.
I've been in crowds were there was booing directed against one person, and it's a terrible, heart wrenching experience. Especially when the target has absolutely nothing to do with whatever the people are booing about. Bullying at its worst.
Also, I'm not at all sure Sweden is able to secure anyone's security. Hasn't Malmö been overrun by gang wars this past year? And let's not forget Copenhagen is just next door – and they have also had their share of terrorist acts.
