Oh c'mon, stop the whining. There are countries with worst track records than Israel. From 2011 - 2013 they sent garbage and didn't qualify. Now they sent one song that is popular but performed poorly. Learn from your mistakes. The Netherlands didn't give up, Latvia isn't giving up and there are several others.

I highly doubt israel will withdraw, just get some sleep and you'll feel much better.

So that's what we should do- withdraw and teach Europe a good lesson.

Please don't withdraw (even if I understand you if you'd do)... it would be such a loss for Eurovision and Eurovision would get destroyed if all those non-European countries would join just because Israel would withdraw xcry

I never truly understood the hype about this song. Till tonight - the performance was great! So my surprise was even bigger when it didn't qualify....

the entire arab world is on war or under revolution, and especialy they dont have money to take parte to, the only mediterannean country with some possibility are Morocco and algeria this two country dont have conflict in act and have a relative good economy.

Let's not get out of hand here I don't think Israel's failure means the entry of Arab countries anytime soon.

I do think this was in the juries top 10 just not very high and combined with the poor singing slot poor Mei was doomed :(

Although I'm probably guaranteed to be pissed off when I see what the jury placed above it

Is it so hard to understand that people didn't like it? Watching Israel was like watching Moldova, same overall impression of the act. After watching Moldova I was sure would not make it. I felt the same for Israel. I'm sorry, you'll not teach me a lesson if you withdraw from the competition, because I didn't enjoy tonight act like I enjoy others. Anyway, it's your choice to not compete anymore.

My mom didn't liked it either, neither my brother. (they watched it for the first time. Most viewers watch only once)

Im im not calling this entry garbage.

And yes, it was pale compared to other performances. Better staging and backup vocalists would have helped

I couldn't disagree more... but then again I'm used to we're not agreeing on much

Well I know you didn't call this song garbage, I just don't agree that they just sent garbage lately...

I foresaw this one coming a mile off. The hype surrounding it was really over the top. I can see why Mei attracted Eurofans. Great personality, fighting spirit.. but for those watching the first time, there is nothing really to latch onto. Dare I say, it's a sort of forgettable song, couple that with Mei's husky, fierce voice and you're left with something that could be quite uninviting and that doesn't stand out amongst all the other shouty songs on display. It was all kind of middling. The draw probably didn't do Mei any favours either.

It's a shame for the fans. I'm sorry for you all, I certainly know the feeling.

2012. Norway qualifies instead of Bulgaria.

Performed poorly? Rak Bishvilo garbage? Uh...ok.

And last I heard Latvia were going to withdraw...could be wrong about that though.

Like everyone, I think Israel should have been in the final instead of sweet cheesecake. I mean I thought your qualification was 100%. Still shocked...

Like we do? Do you think it'll work? Don't do this. Watching Eurovision without your country in it sucks! Sucks so bad!

Israel was the second strongest performance (after Austria) tonight. It should have qualified.
