A few words about the Eurovision Song Contest for Israel.
As you know , Israel did not reach achievement Eurovision Song Contest in recent years.
Major successes of the decade were, of course , Shiri Maimon , who ranked fourth in 2005 , and Boaz before, reaching ninth place in 2008 ( lol yes, for Israel , ninth place is a success ) .
Years have passed, and the interest in Eurovision in Israel began to fall, a lot of thoughts about involvement in politics, about outdated system, and so on.
And a surprising thing happened this year, Eurovision was one of the hottest topics since declared Mei Finegold will represent Israel.
There were no such things in recent years!!!
Articles large sites, newspapers, discussions on Facebook, forums,
Eurovision in Israel comes alive!
So if we put aside for a moment the competition, I must say I'm happy about the quality that Mei brings,her great and special voice, and I am proud that she is representing my country!!!
We succeed or not, I got to enjoy And a I plan to enjoy wonderful moments!! xthank

Oh Nisheret iti came second! I wanted that! But I'm ok with Same Heart too. I didn't like Be Proud. 10 points!

Another ok song that won't get me excited. It's literally the story of this years contest. So many raspy pop-rock numbers but none of them are particularly special. Not bad at all but nothing extraordinary.
