I found the staging quite beautiful and entertaining actually.
Juste yes weak vocals and meh stage presence... She's not a hyper charismatic singer and it showed. I think she's better as a songwriter...

I'm a bit dismayed by the possibility that the lack of the live-on-tape on the part of Ireland might be out of some desire to not give more material to the 'haters'.

If there is a good reason why the live-on-tape couldn't be shown, the delegation sure hasn't made it clear.

The woman can't even properly sing but is so butthurt she failed. Big turn off and I actually enjoyed her staging. Safe to say her back-up was a hotmess.

I like her song and enjoyed the performance quite much. But her personal attitude is rather childish and unnecessarily aggressive. She could have just remained silent instead.

He actually had the worse of it. He got two zeros and he had the camera on him for quite a while after he got the second. Whereas her results weren't released till several days later and outside the eurovision bubble or Ireland most people probably don't even know she finished last in her semi.

However it's her choice, maybe she was less happy with the tape performance anyway

Cringe at the tweets. She's fuming. I think this was all her doing too as I've read that Lesley had pretty much all her own creative input for both the song AND performance, she wasn't forced to run whilst singing or anything, it was all her decision. No wonder she's hurt by her position. I think she should have had someone on her team who sat her aside and said "Lesley, you really shouldn't sing and run.". This is what I would have told her if I knew her. The whole performance idea was just a huge mistake.

In her defense, she was soooo hyped by the bloggers, fans and journalists in Rotterdam, that the result must have come as a shock.

I dont know what the bloggers were on, but this was an obvious last place when I watched the semi.
