Yeah! I even see behind them "Israel - Palestine"!
Just like Germany sent Surpriz to Jerusalem back then!
That's a nice metaphorical way to put it: Israel - Palestine as sisters, two nations belonging together.

oh wait, this isn't the jesc entry? whoops.
No and yet, you're just as fast to label a person, without knowing their background...
Why's everybody constantly talking about conspiracy?! The mentioned things are facts. The biases of at least two jury members, the crappy camerawork on almost all performances but one, Schreiber's shameless promoting of Sister etc. Neither I nor anyone else dreamed those things. They happened!
I see one video about Carlotta in the NDR media library – because she is from Garbsen. And one for Linus, because he's from Hamburg. There's a local connection here. If you look now for WDR, guess who got a video there? Wow, it's Makeda from Bonn, who would've guessed! And for BR? Could it be possibly... Lilly among Clouds from Würzburg? :O Surprise (hah!), it is. I could mention as well that Aly Ryan was featured in HR, but that would probably destroy your conspiracy bubble (yes, it's nothing more than that, sorry). I'm pretty sure it would turn out similar concerning radio promotion. Ja no shit Sherlock that Sisters got more exposure in North Germany. That's how journalism works.According to many Nordlichter, the only entry the NDR promoted in their region was... yes, Sister
Oh boy, Sand's facial expression when he announced the winner, there must be something going on here! You're so talented with your face-reading capabilities. And where did you get your "facts" from that most Germans voted for Lilly and Aly? On the internet maybe? May I remind you that the average age of ARD's audience is over 60 years? Do your grandparents vote on internet polls? Does your average television viewer care enough to vote on meaningless polls on the web instead of when it actually matters? The majority of Germans voted for either Aly or Lilly (her 10 points aren't that surprising). There was little to no interest for Sister. Nobody cared for them and yet, they're getting 12 points, while Aly (everybody's favorite) only getting 7?! Yes, there are a nice amount of Germans who're liking the song (or better accepting the outcome), but none of them mentioned, they voted for them and yet they're getting 12 points... Looking at Sand's face while reading the results, you might get a feeling something's very off here. If you're favorite not getting enough votes, do it the Schreiber way and manipulate the outcome. Nobody would know, right?
As I mentioned already: No! Once again, this isn't me crying about my favorite not winning. A lot of Germans had three favorites (Aly, Lilly and Makeda). They all played by the rules, brought a lot of time, passion and dedication to the table. They wrote the songs themselves (with the help of the composers, of course). Just to lose against an okay-ish kind of song. A song which is (once again) a bought one with two casted Sisters, who aren't even sisters. This entry's the same product, we had for years and we all know how that worked out!
Yes, you did. She had to get the approval still however. They could've easily rejected it. Don't know the circumstances here, but if she had won and people would have still cried for a revamp and Lilly as the composer wouldn't have allowed it, is it really a totally different situation? Aren't those the same risks in both Levina's and Lilly's case?*lol* Nice try! I talked about bought songs. Lilly wrote her own song and took the risk to appear with it. Totally different situation!
SISTAAH woooah-oh-oh-oh-oh SISTAAH woooah-oh-oh-oh-oh SISTAAH woooah-oh-oh-oh-oh
Don't you try to hide it, SISTAAHxsing
The Sisters' haters are disappointed Aly-Fans. That's it. But hey, we can live with that! Aly's performance - and I love that song! - was weak and not convincing. The only Option I saw to Sisters was Lilly. Loved her performance. But I can understand why Sisters was chosen. They put passion into their performance and vocally harmonized so well. No matter how they'll do in May, I will enjoy their song and sing along. I can see flames in the haters' eyes/Damn they burn so bright/they love the Sisters/don't you try to hide it …
The more I listen to it, the more I love it.
Still not over how good this actually is.
It‘s classic Eurovision but contemporary at the same time.
A younger audience will love this as much as the grandma next door.
The Germans are very clever this year.
They might not win Eurovision (I mean, not in a 100 years) but they surely deserve a Golden Raspberry for their bad acting.
"OMG! WE WON?! wHaT a SuRpRiSe!111! LOOK AT HOW HAPPY WE ARE!!! WE TOTALLY DID NOT EXPECT THIS AT ALLLLLLLL!?!!!"
