Unfortunately ok-entries always got us the last place. That's the thing. But I don't believe we're going to end up bottom five. The staging is great, even at this point and the song is quite nice. Their voices harmonize well. I don't think it'll be as bad as 2015 to 2017 but I can't imagine them being on the left hand side of the scoreboard. We'll see...

The idea behind the song is good, but their performance needs a lot of improvement. Otherwise, yes, it will be bottom 5.

The entries from 2013 to 2017 were all utter shit. I don't know why everyone praises Ann Sophie. She even lost by a big margin in the national final and Black Smoke was so lame.

For me, it's no miracle as I have trouble this year finding great songs, but for YOU? Seems like you really love the German entry! But, I never thought that my own countrie's entry would safe ESC. So I am happy after all!

familiar with "artistic copyrights" and I'm not blaming the composer, I'm blaming Schreiber. How can you buy a song, without asking questions?! You're buying a song for an audience of 200 million people and there could always be a part that needs customization.
Without going into too much details, you can differ between two kinds artists. Group A) They are willing to let you change their work under special circumstances. These rules are decided before you buy the end product! Group B) Those artists forbid any kind of customization. "What you see, is what you get."
If I had to buy a song for an event as big as the ESC, I would never buy a song from Group B. You're asking for troubles and if you don't know even the most basic things like these, you're incompetent... No more, no less

Apparently Lilly among Clouds is of the type of people like Perfect Life's songwriter, at least that's what I gathered from her speed-date interview with Alina. Her song was the favourite of many. Would you throw the same tantrum if she had won the whole thing? Or if any of your favourites won who operate the exact same way? Probably not... but yeah, hindsight is bliss.

This is firmly among my faves. I was a fan of this entry even before the contest after I saw the title, but on Friday I discovered that I genuinely love the song. It's cheesy yet good, plus the cheesiness adds to it, so it's not even a minus. There's something in it that makes me replay it. The melody and the atmosphere and indeed, the passion is captivating, plus the topic of the song is quite special and unconventional, which makes it more interesting, their chemistry is lovable as well. I think people are underrating it.

We cant make it unhappen. I am sad too. I cannot listen to her song anymore, because it makes me utterly sad. Because the fact is that she is not having success without the win here in Germany and its all sooo sad.

Amen! I love "Black Smoke". Ann Sophie doesn't deserve the last place.

And back to "Sister", sorry, this got to be the worst big 5 entry especially you have Italy serving quality, France sending a great song and Spain giving us joyous vibes. "Wear Your Love" is technically a Eurovision ready entry, the staging is really good, the song is catchy, vocals could have been better. But oh well...

Gosh why's everybody constantly talking about conspiracy?! The mentioned things are facts.The biases of at least two jury members, the crappy camerawork on almost all performances but one, Schreiber's shameless promoting of Sister etc. Neither I nor anyone else dreamed those things. They happened!

As I mentioned already: No! Once again, this isn't me crying about my favorite not winning. A lot of Germans had three favorites (Aly, Lilly and Makeda). They all played by the rules, brought a lot of time, passion and dedication to the table. They wrote the songs themselves (with the help of the composers, of course). Just to lose against an okay-ish kind of song. A song which is (once again) a bought one with two casted Sisters, who aren't even sisters. This entry's the same product, we had for years and we all know how that worked out!

Just because she doesn't go to the ESC doesn't mean, she's not going to be successful. A lot of Germans and Europeans got introduced to her and the feedback on her videos looks very promising!
