Listening to all the songs, I'm disappointed that Santiano didn't win with their "Wir Werden Niemals Untergehen".
But, after Sweden and Romania, I'm getting used to the fact that this is the Eurovision edition of the wasted opportunities.

As a comparison:
-The final of "Unser Star für Baku" (2012) was watched by 2.2 mil people
-"Unser Song für Malmö" (2013) was watched by 3.3 mil people
This makes "Unser Song für Dänemark" the most watched national final since 2010!
Oh and a total of 1.9 mil votes were counted trough the 3 rounds.

Das Gezeichnete Ich couldn't deliver his (good) song properly... Too bad...
Oceana was above AMAZING ! She was clearly at the top of the top. How could it come she wasn't selected ! :twisted:
Santiano is one of the hugest crap I've ever heard, the kind of thing we laugh at our neighbours. And they go to the newt round :twisted:
MarieMarie was really good. I'm not found of her song, but her qualification was deserved !
The Baseballs were soooooooo great ! Shame they weren't selected ! :twisted: :twisted:
Unheilig had a really good song but was rather extinct... :?
Madeline Juno was rather bad live with a very good song.

Santiano's song in German is even worse...
Candy Jar was not bad. I preferred it to CCH on studio version, but I made up my mind.
Elaiza second song was more interesting and nicer, but annoying as well... :?
Wir sind alle wie eins is a good song but I prefer the other one.

At least, Elaiza wil gave a good image of Germany to Europe. But it's really a waste to send such an act after such an awesome selection with big stars, great artists, a show like it will never exist in my country, and all... Germany may be one of the biggest disappointments of the season...

The Basebulls were funny when they made their own versions of ordinary pop-songs, but their song from yesterday was nothing for Eurovision.

Elaiza had the best song yesterday and it is right to send them to Copenhagen, because their performance was also good, in a field of many bad performances. Madeline and DGI had good songs, but their live singing was horrible. MarieMarie was good, but I hoped she played more on her harp, so it's nothing special in her song. Oceana was just boring and Santiano sounds more like an Irish folk band, so why should it be chosen for Germany?

I was very happy when they announced Elaiza to win, because everybody expect Unheilig and I'm not a fan of Unheilig. His songs sounds like he's putting some german lines together and this lines have a deep meaning. I have no idea anymore how "Wir sind alle wie eins" sounds and I know some songs with the same message, so it's nothing special to me.

Oh I promised you a photo so...

The first 2 things which came to my mind while I entered the arena were:
-gosh it's huge ...the photo doesn't show the whole setting but I can tell you that the people on the upper rank seemed like ants to me (note: I took a seat at the lower rank)
-I want to be on that stage (note: I love to sing and I originally wanted to apply for the wildcard but decided against it - maybe next year )

I'm proud that Germany has found it's own style of national selection (and it makes me happy to see that it's recognized by fans outside Germany) rather then just copy the Melo. I think we are on a very good way. I'm gonna cheer for Elaiza in May

I had to listen to Is it Right again, this time the studio version. I kind of like the song, but this is actually working better live than in the recorded version. So often in the ESC it is the other way around...
Germany will probably still be in my top 10. But they could so easily have sailed right into my number one spot! I really love Unheiligs AWDEM!!
