God, I hope that list is true Sure, Cro is the most famous artist on the list, but we'll see what the song is like... And there are others who also have a chance in my opinion, such as The Baseballs, Mrs. Greenbird (though I'd say their hype is over now...), Faun, Milky Chance... We'll see
And I'm so happy for Max Giesinger, I've seen him live several times and also talked to him, he's such a nice guy He makes beautiful music, he won't win for sure, but I'm happy that he gets the opportunity to present himself on that stage

I'm so curious about the press conference tomorrow... I really really hope this information is not fake, otherwise I will be so disappointed

Yeah, might be But I'm very content with this list, there are many German acts that just annoy me and none of them is on the list

I don't think I really know any of these names... Tom Novy and The Baseballs ring some bell though.

Nice to see a fair amount of German language entries, however if the NF juries will be as anti-German as last year, all those entries will end up in the bottom of the jury votes... it was extremely blatant last year and really sad to see, hopefully they changed to less biased juries with generally better taste.

Here we go:

NDR will select 7 acts who are going to present 2 songs each on march 13th.
Another act will get a wildcard (to present two songs, too). Everybody who is interested can upload a song on youtube. Super famous german singer Adel Tawil ("Ich & Ich") will select the best for a live broadcasted club concert on february 27th. The winner of this show will be go to Cologne.

I like this way of bringing Newcomers to our NF.
Imo Adel Tawil (who already was in the jury of "Unser Star für Oslo" 2010) will be a good mentor for them.

Again I have hopes that Germany can come up with a very decent entry for the Eurovision! Even though Cascada didnt do very well last year, I am quite pleased with what Germany has presented us with ultimately.

The Youtube thing is a great idea I hope to see somebody completely unknown as the wildcard winner, not somebody we already know from some casting show... But as I understood the text, everyone can take part and you don't even need to write your own songs, in this case they will find some songs for you to present in the national final.

German band Unheilig have asked their fans on their Facebook page and started a poll whether they would like to see them participate in Unser Song für Dänemark. Gosh, they are currently the most successful band in German-speaking countries, why in hell would they want to run the risk of destroying their musical career?
