To sum it up, I agree that her accent is a big part of her charm and I don't want her to change anything about her singing style. There is a reason she won the contest and I am mighty excited about the songs and can't wait......

From what I've heard there are a few songs by international top authors and producers but probably we'll only find out the names when the winning entry is chosen.

Raab has said during a radio interview today that the songwriters of the 12 songs come from several countries, including the UK, USA, and Germany. Two of the song will be co-written by Raab and Lena, while we already know that one song is from Guy Chambers.

her accent is .. well
FAKE
ive never heard a german speak english like that
and ive been around english speaking germans
it sounds like she is trying too hard
almost like she is forcing it if it makes sense
thats why its so annoying

Nobody speaks in the same way that they sing? She may also just have an unusual accent even from a German point of view (though someone else can confirm or deny that) :p

I doubt she'll be last in this years' final. N°1 in 2010 and N°24 (or is it 25 with a Big-5?) in 2011 just doesn't add up, does it. I reckon (without having heard a German song so far)... she'll rank somewhere around place 10 this year.

Although I would prefer someone new, I can't wait to hear Lena's song. I love this girl and hoping for good song again :D
