The song is not very likely to be folkish since that's just not her style and she never did such songs.
It will probably be in (cheap) pop style, but hopefully with a nice hook and music.
Given the title, it could have some euro-schlager influences too.

Apparently the release date is gonna be early March. Also, "Pobeda" is the working title. Still needs approval from MRT!

Biggest mistake ever changing that song... well that and Nina Zilli changing "Per Sempre"1
I hope Macedonia do better next year too. Tijana doesn't have me excited like I was for Esma and Kaliopi though

I really do believe Macedonia could have had 2 straight final appearances had they stuck with "Imperija". But they decided not to and instead flopped in the semi just as they always had before.
The feeling fans have today towards Macedonia in ESC would have been so different! Now its back to square one.

Yeah "Imperija" was epic. It's actually my second most played Eurovision song ever:?, only behind "Suus". "Pred da se razdeni" was a massive car crash of a song. I still enjoyed it but it's obvious that everyone at home was thinking "What.. the..... heck is this?". The problem was the song took itself too seriously.
Kaliopi should come back one day. I think she could do even better in the contest with the right song. She's incredible. Some of her songs are just otherworldly. I think she's the best singer the contest has ever had. "Crno i belo" didn't really show her voice off to it's full potential.

Hearing examples of Tijana's uptempo stuff, I must say it's not looking promising at all. I'd love for something ethno-influenced then, but all I heard so far is pointing at a "Albania 2010" direction (but maybe worse). Then I would much rather prefer a balkanic ballad in the style of the song posted above. But I'm gonna stay optimistic and hope for a Marija Magdalena of the 10's - type of entry. She has the vocals and passion to pull that off convincingly, but does she have the will though?
