I preferred his mirror vest, but I get why he changed it because we've seen it a lot already
I mean.... Måns jogged every morning in that grey tee, he did his taxes in that grey tee, he did groceries in that grey tee, he even slept in that grey tee. He's gonna appear in that grey tee this week again. In fact, I heard it was white, but it turned grey from all his sweat repeating that dance move he did while singing "demons in our minds" and acting like there was really a demon dancing in around his head, no joke.

.....if something's good, just keep it.

Even my mom (who sort of grew up when this kind of chanson was popular many decades ago) thinks this song is way too old-fashioned. And the lyrics - 0% originality. "Just give him a song, and at least the juries will love it" - seems to have been the concept behind this cliché of an entry. Ten times worse than "Voila".

Apparently the song will do relatively well even in the televote - which is a mystery to me. But we did see mediocre ballads from Switzerland, Australia etc. be quite succesful in the last couple of years even though they hardly had a hook.

My baby came to give lessons tonight! Sure, his performance was different for this kind of song, but I find that even more impressive. It felt personal! Those vocals blown everyone away! Switzerland who? Slay, Slimane, I’m so proud!

His vocals are amazing. He will surely do very well with the juries. I think they should improve the camera angles. When the camera turns around, it takes too much time during which nothing is happening.

I am conflicted. The vocals were strong as expected but the song is really doing nothing for me and the performance has really cringe worthy moments. I would like to sit on his face though #sorrynotsorry

This song has been my biggest grower of the year, I find it super appealing by now. Also, just like Voilá this has a pretty exciting, attention grabbing final minute, with the mic gimmick but also with the wonderfully expressive vocals. The first two minutes, I don't know, I agree with GermanBango, waaaay too much cringey camera flirting. The song is already cheesy enough, please don't touch the lens with your index finger

It's a ballad with too much pathos and little feeling. The song is basic and full of clichés. A great voice is not enough to make a masterpiece a nursery rhyme.

I consider "Mon Amour" to be at the same compositional level as "Hollow"

Yep - that sequence was meandering and seemed to kill the flow stone dead. I also… didn’t like Slimane’s creepy perma smile and pulling the camera up to face him gave me major SK vibes.

His semi-transparent outfit looked tacky to me. The staging lacked a little polish, it just looked like a generic white stripe of light rather than luxurious and special, which it should have been. I see this getting a lot of votes still though, top 5 is possible.

I don't like his song but I respect his talent as a singer. He nailed it.

I can't stand listening to the song by itself, but surely this performance should be the jury winner. Extremely charismatic, flawless vocals.

@GermanBango doesn't like the song, but he's horny after watching the performance.
