Me voilà même si mise à nue j'ai peur, oui

Me voilà même si mise à nue c'est fini

Me voilà même si mise à nue c'est fini
Me voilà dans le bruit et dans la fureur aussi
Regardez moi enfin et mes yeux et mes mains
Tout c'que j'ai est ici, c'est ma gueule c'est mon cri
Me voilà, me voilà, me voilà
Voilà, voilà, voilà, voilà
Voilà

The Francetv link doesn't work for you ? Others seem to be able to access it so it's not reserved for France only

It's telling me "Pour des raisons de droits concédé à France Television, cette vidéo n'est pas disponible depuis votre position géographique."

Dommage ^^

Well Well Well. France leaving Estonia and Albania dead in a ditch somewhere. What a great NF line up.

Much xheat to be had
Andriamad - Alleluia
LMK - Magique

Quite Wonderful
Juliette Moraine - Porvu Qu'on M'aime
AMUI - Maeva
Ali - Paris me Dit
Juin Le Duo - Peux-tu Me Dire?
Casanova - Tutti

Decent Enough
Philippne - Bah Non
Cephaz - On a Mange le Soleil
Pony x - Amour Fou
Terence James - Je T'Emmenderai Danser

Kinda Eh tbh
Barbara Pravi - Voila

Some mess I don't want to hear again
N/A ERROR 404

Most of the quite wonderful section have every potential to be in xheat zone but just miss something to their songs. Tbh there is only one song I'm really not bothered about and it's the one by Barbara Pravi. It's boring and does absolutely nothing for me. Ofc that now means it will win and a wall of eurofans will be soaking wet over it.

I found a link for 8 songs :

Same level that "Mon Allié" :

Nothing coming close to this underrated masterpiece

Amazing :

Barbara Pravi "Voilà" : Wow she's living her song, it's so beautiful congrats Barbara !

Good :

Juliette Moraine "Pourvu Qu'on M'aime" : It's really good, she has a nice voice and the song is nice.

Not bad :

Andriamad "Alléluia" : It's definitely not bad, the lyrics are good too, bless the ethnic part

Bad :

Ali "Paris Me Dis" : A typic mainstream song, the only positive thing is his good voice
Céphaz "On a mangé le soleil" : Just bon appétit mdr
21 Juin Le Duo "Peux-tu me dire" : It reminds me of Trois Cafés Gourmands, it's really bad

My ears are bleeding :

Philippine "Bah Non" : I skipped after one minute
Pony X "Amour Fou" : Juste like Philippine

I'll edit when I'll listen to the four others

Voilà seems to be super hyped but I listened to it and it's not really special to me. Well, it's better than other horrendous ballads people overhyped at DE before *cough* Tous les deux *cough* so I'll survive I suppose

Edit: Found a vpn that properly works wooooo!!!!! I can listen to what I missed now

Pony X - xheat the only turn off is a male raspy-ish voice, other than that it is a HIT
Philippine - I didn't have a lot of expectations about this one because I don't love the song I knew from her. But this is actually interesting???? Good job, girl!
ANDRIAMAD - I thought it would be a gospel ballad with that song title  this is a bop though! The bridge is great and I can see this growing even more on me.
AMUI - I love Ken so I'm a bit biased. The chorus could have been stronger though.

21 Juin Le Duo - The vibes of it are soooooooo nice!!! I think it could stand out somehow.
Cephaz - Again, nice vibes, just not as nice as the duo.
LMK - I don't get why I don't really like this but it's just nice to me? Bridge is cool and I love her hair

ALI - I don't know. I don't dislike it, but I don't really like it either?
Casanova - Filler

Barbara - Basically what I said before
Juliette - I'll forget about it by the time I finish this post
Terrence - Being such a filler with an uptempo should become a crime

This selection is pretty good! I prefer to what I've heard from Albania and Estonia honestly. I think there's some degree of the songs coming off as same-y. Like the list could've been streamlined a bit more to like 8 acts instead of 12. Overall I think France has done a good job with its selection, and whatever it's worth, every song is better than Mon alliée lol

Mes pensées sur les chansons :

Philippine
This is def my favorite even if (because?) it evokes Amandine from 2013 a bit haha. She has a lot of charisma and her bird dances have a lot of character. Def a standout to me
PONY X
Some parts are a little cringey (mostly just when he says Pony lol), but otherwise this song is just a lot of fun, and would be a great candidate for some diversity. My main issue is that it's kinda hard to watch, the horse emoji head in particular
LMK
The real bop of this contest! I hope she brings that harp of her's on-stage haha. There's just something really fun about this one even though she's doomed to go the way of Tracy de Sa </3
Barbara Pravi
This is kinda a bit stereotypical, but in a way that benefits France usually. She def rips Juliette's wig off with this one. It's pretty good for a French ballad. I like how she loses herself towards the end even if it gives me Salvador flashbacks.
Casanova
Is he partially this high cause he's hot? Maybe, but I do think the song is pretty cute and fun. It's def a bit basic and whatever, but sometimes basic can be fun. Idt think he'll sing very well though? Idk, feeling I have
21 Juin Le Duo
They're a really cute couple! There's just something so earnest and cheery about their entry. I didn't try to listen to its lyrics though if I'm being honest. Their drums were cute
Terence James
The way that they're aggressively showing his Scottish-ness is kinda funny. His bio mentions kilts so if he doesn't wear one, I will be disappointed. It's the best of the entries that stand out as the most Eurovision-y to me even though it's a bit clumsy (and repetitive) too. He's cute though
Amui
This song is so messy lmao. But that's part of the fun with it. I love that they decided to bring some Tahitian culture, but it also could go a bit harder?
Céphaz
This is cute, maybe a bit too one-note. It's not very memorable to me though, but he could make it pop I guess.
Juliette Moraine
Lowkey...why was she selected? Was it to make Barbara look better? It's an alright song if a bit boring, I like the build-up to it.
Andriamad
I kind of really want to like this song, but I just have to say that a little nuance goes a long way. This song, in large part due to its lyrics, beats itself over your head in the worst way possible with its cheesiness and preachiness. The English words really made me cringe, especially when she vocalizes while he says "same" over and over again.
Ali
This just isn't very good to me. There's just something very clichéd and dated about this entry in a very Eurovision-y way. It kinda has an annoying theatre gay quality to it ddddd

Also, I'm geoblocked on a computer, but when I use the mobile site, it lets me watch on my phone

Guys, the Belarusian selection vibes, I can't.

After seeing only 8 of the clips and some previews from recaps, I'm gonna put my verdict:
1. Barbara and Juliette would possibly eat on each other's demographic, and each other's success will probably depend on the running order and the jury votes. I'm more positive on Barbara on this one.
2. Andriamad and 21 Juin looked like direct competitors, but I feel 21 Juin actually competed against Amui. The feel-good vibe of the songs is eerily similar to me.
3. LMK's song could have some edge for how radio-friendly it is, but I'm also afraid it'll get the Tracy de Sa treatment. It would possibly compete against Andriamad's for the 'tropical' vibe.
4. I'm aware Yoann Casanova could potentially win because of his popularity... and his face.
5. I'm not that positive about Terence and Ali. Both probably could eat each other but probably won't attract too much voting attention either.
6. Pony X... I can't verdict on this, I don't know if electronic music is 'that' big in France.
7. Cephaz and Philippine are probably in the 'dark-horse' section for televotes (Cephaz) or the juries (Philippine), but if they can't make their entry stand out...

Based off how 'big' their following is on Instagram (since France voters would usually go for more popular names), Maeva's could be the one to watch? I mean if I combined the numbers they'll have 55.5k followers (with probably some duplicates) but I'm aware there are probably followers from French Polynesia as well, it isn't exactly representative of the French voters. After that, the biggest followings are of Casanova and Barbara. That could be our top 3 televoting this season.

Yes and No. When you take the niche of worldwide electronic music, you realize many of these artists are French. But they aren't well known in the country.

Don't take this into account, all these artists are totally unknown to the general public knowledge. Amui may have more followers, but as you said they're from French Polynesia, they're a big act there but unless you specifically search for that type of music you wouldn't know them.
In 2019 Bilal took it with a huge margin because of his fanbase, Seemone only came third to Chimène Badi who has been an established artist for years (even she didn't do much in the past decade). On paper, Barbara has the televote advantage. Not because of her popularity on social media, but because of the style of her song : if there are many voters from the older generations, she will kill it. Especially as she has - in my opinion - the potential to touch a wider spectrum of voters than Seemone.
Philippine would have a good chance too. Her presence makes me think of Clara Luciani (long aired female soloist) who's kinda popular right now (but thankfully for her, I like her song way more than Clara's).
If Emmanuel Moire came 4th in televote 2 years ago, Casanova can totally pull the same fit. I can't predict the others tbh.

I just hope they will use online voting but a girl can dream.
