I will post the table in Liga 1 after the 7th round as it will follow a 2 weeks break due to international matches, but I just want to share a result from the 4th round of the Romanian Cup:

ACS Berceni - CS Buftea 31 - 0

Current leaders and also the biggest surprise of Jelen Super Liga so far, Donji Srem lost against Vojvodina with 1:0.

In case Partizan defeats OFK Beograd tomorrow, we will share the 1st place with Vojvodina.

Fenerbahce has signed Raul Meireles from Chelsea. Now it makes 4 players in the squad with EPL experience, along with Joseph Yobo, Dirk Kuyt and Miroslav Stoch.

But I wish they made this transfer before we were eliminated from CL :(

Partizan defeated OFK Beograd with 3:1. We are now second on the table (behind Vojvodina, who are the the current leaders). It must be noted however that Crvena Zvezda and Javor have 1 match less than the others, as their duel from the 1st round was postponed because of Ceca's concert in Guca.

Partizan defeated Hajduk Kula with 5:2 in 5th round of Jelen Super Liga. This match was a great overture for the EL match against Neftchi on Thursday. We are now also first on the table.

^^ They are from Pećinci :D They have a nickname too - "Nottingham from Pećinci:

They are a village team only because of the place they originate from, but the club is actually very serious. They climbed from 7th league into the first one (each season they moved one rank up), and they are one of the biggest surprises of the championships so far. They have a very good team too. The club is owned by two soccer enthusiasts from the village who have a lot of money, and they invest a lot in the team and everything. It pays off.

They have managed to beat my Partizan as well in the second round. And this has been the biggest shock of the season so far and the match that many people who were betting lost their money on  But the way we played against them in that 2nd round was just terrible. They deserved all 3 points as they were much better on the field.

Here are the goals from that match (wnough can be seen from here):

And I thought Donji Srem was from Mitrovica. Doesn't Sremska Mitrovica have a football team, Milos? Like in second league? When I was there 8 years ago or so, I saw the stadium. And it is an ok stadium.
There are few teams that are originally from villages in the Macedonian league. One kinda known is Renova. They participated few times in the EL, once in a CL and once in Intertoto (beating Rijeka I think ). Also, Drita is from a village. Both of them now play in Tetovo, because those villages don't really offer stadiums or anything like that. Turnovo is from a village too.

Here is the table in the :mk: championship. Vardar seems content at the top. It is interesting that Rabotnicki is fourth, but has the most goals conceded.
