Rasmus are getting 6 for nostalgic vibes, performance wise it's awful and smells like Darude right now

Should compare this to the other eurovision entries that have been selected so far.

Sorry for answering this a little bit late, but yes, Saksa is Germany in Finnish. It becomes from words Saksi (Sachsen) and saksilaiset (Saxons).

The Rasmus are a little bit before "my time" so they don't ignite the same nostalgia factor as Flo Rida, but i have a new leader! And it's who was able to beat today on my list.

Their performance is full of energy and power, and passion and musically they stayed true to their roots.. I'm obsessed with it right now!. The songs feels loud AF! AMAZING!

when you come with an extremly outdated genresong (wannabemetal?) you must have a great melody - a cool hook ect.

"Hurricane" was more like my type of rock/metal but this is ok too I guess, I really don't have strong feelings about it. Finland knows well that the name alone can't automatically fly you into the final top 10, so we shall see how it does.

Yeah, needs some work, nothing that can't be fixed. But then again, I don't expect them to be a jury's favourite anyway, they will heavily rely on the public and they voted for worse vocal performances in the past And I love the song too much for it to not be my favourite so far haha

I really love "Jezebel" on every level - but yes, there is one thing I wished was better: Lauri's vocals. But everything else just kicked and I love it. I really think that this was the best choice for ESC. Maybe C. Kicks would also have done well in May, but I seriously doubt that Bess would have done well. Well, Finland. You have my pts! BUT you are not my No 1 as I thought, but my No.2. The crown has lovely Achille from San Marino! That might change though.

i don't agree, it's rather that people are being strict somehow because the song is kinda flat. Pretty much middle of the road, no matter if compared to their earlier work or this year's entries. It wasn't even that much ahead of the others in UMK. It is a good song, nice to listen to and hum along, but it doesn't slap.

Tbh that was my initial reaction to the song too but its a big big big grower
You would argue that first impression is what usually matters in ESC and I would agree, although the bar is not very high this year in general.
