Midnight, it's time to put your face on
Game set, a killer shark in heels
I'm just the first shot on your hit list
High kicks, a predator on wheels
Woke up with bruises on my body
Hands tied, like Jesus on the cross
Your name's in lipstick on the mirror

Jezebel
I don't know how you got in my blood
Was it the dangerous things you do?
You always wanted to be a star
Jezebel
If you're the hunter then I'm the prey
You lick your lips as you walk away
Your final kiss is to leave a scar
On a heart
Jezebel

At night you turn into a tiger
A girl who looks like she's a boy
The world's most ultimate survivor

Jеzebel (Jezеbel)
I don't know how you got in my blood (Jezebel)
Was it the dangerous things you do? (Jezebel)
You always wanted to be a star
Jezebel (Jezebel)
If you're the hunter then I'm the prey (Jezebel)
You lick your lips as you walk away (Jezebel)
Your final kiss is to leave a scar
On a heart

Sunrise, you crawl under the covers
Sleep tight until the dying sun
Tonight you'll catch another lover
Jezebel

Jezebel (Jezebel)
I don't know how you got in my blood (Jezebel)
Was it the dangerous things you do? (Jezebel)
You always wanted to be a star
Jezebel (Jezebel)
If you're the hunter then I'm the prey (Jezebel)
You lick your lips as you walk away (Jezebel)
Your final kiss is to leave a scar
On a heart

I think you are all exaggerating about the vocals, they were fine. The chorus sounds identical to the studio version :xo:

He sounds this bad in every concert clip I've seen. Maybe he's always drunk then that's a serious issue.
I hope that's not the case, but yea the live version isn't eurovision ready, they need to improve both Lauri's vocals and the staging in general.
I gave it a :6:, btw, it's a "in the middle of the road" for me.

It's my least favourite of the evening and I would have been happy with any other pick, I'm cursed. 😅😂

I gave this 8. Lauri's live vocals isn't good enough.

Another year pf missing opportunities for good songs in Finnish. I was rooting for BESS before the show, but admittedly, their performance was dissapointing.

The Rasmus might do well in Turin, they weren't bad live at all, as mamy feared. I'm hopping for another staging and a revamp of the song.

:6: for now.

ok, so now they've got some time to polish the performance because as ridiculous as it might sound when it comes to such an experienced artist like Lauri, he does need to train a lot before they step on the eurovision stage.
this is a whole lot to work on and the staging could be different as well, because the animation on the back... well it looks out of place, a dark and serious (because the animated girl doesn't make it look serious) staging would work a lot better with the song.

anyway, good for :fi:, Cyan Kicks might have been be a slightly better choice but "might" is a key word here
:5: for now. I've never really been a big fan of them, but Jezebel sounds indeniably like The Rasmus so that's a great thing to see the band staying true to their style. Let's see how they gonna elevate the performance in May

If we have learnt before, Finns don't do revamps to their ESC songs.

It´s stressful to be excited for most entries, so I´m glad Finland sent something I don´t really have need to feelings towards. Solid 6, I´ll rock out in May and forget it shortly after.

A :1: from me. I just don't like the song it's very mediocre and it's executed badly. Someone like Lauri should know how to use his voice better. Period. If he hasn't improved in all those years then why should he for Eurovision? And the staging wasn't good either.

Don't think this will do well, could borderline qualify but wouldn't be surprised if they completely flop. I have Cascada flashbacks. Name recognition is not enough guys, they also flopped due to a bad performance.

Only familar with this band by name, didn't even know what they sounded like until now, so i have no relation to them at all. I find this song just weird, a mashup of too many things with nothing strong to tie it together. Don't see this scoring all that well, final might just be possible but with a bunch of similar pop-rock entries this year, it's likely not to.

I have mixed feelings about this. The Rasmus were my top choice going into the show, but the live performance left much to be desired. That can be fixed before Eurovision, but actually has to be fixed, and I did vote for the most complete packages tonight (Cyan Kicks and Olivera). Still, the song is good, and I'll gladly cheer for Finland in May - it's just that they'll have to do a rather un-Finnish thing and make sure every second and every camera angle of the perfomance is perfect.
