We're in the same group with :hr: again. Doesn't matter Euro or World Cup, we always find a way to get together with our lovely Croatian friends somehow :D

:hr:
:is:
:ua:
:tr:
:fi:

Seems great! Considering being in the pot4, we couldn't have gotten any better than this.

Why gets Germany always the joke groups (although they manage to qualify anyway) whereas Iceland gets the difficult one :( I dont remember the last time when Iceland got an easy opponent like Liechtenstein, Luxemburg, San Marino in their group
Whatever, Spain and Italy in one group... same with France and Netherlands.. we will see some amazing matches xheat

People say this is the hardest group :mk: has ever gotten, but the previous one for the World Cup was harder than this one. There is no chance for the second place in this group, even if somehow on a very good day :mk: beats :it:
For Spain and Italy, there shouldn't be any words wasted. Albania in pot 3 is a good opponent for points, but they are stronger than they were before. We do well against them, so we'll see how those turn out.
Israel, imo, is an ugly opponent. It's a difficult team..more than Italy in my eyes. Hopefully, Israel is gonna fall in Skopje! Liechtenstein is better than Luxembourg and few others, tho they don't have a fond of players much, so should expect one easier and one tougher game with them (the one in Vaduz).

As for the other groups, group A looks nuts, group B looks opposite of that. Group I has to be toughest as all teams can do well and grab points from each other. If there would be a group where all teams are undefeated at home, then this would be the one.

xfacepalm xfacepalm

As if "Group I" wasn't already a bloodbath before...

Whereas Group H is a joke with Gibraltar as the 6th team or let's say Belgium can play every match with they bench players and will probably still win this group

To be fair Kosovo doesn't look that good right now but there is the possibility that players from the Kosova diaspora in Switzerland who are not good enough for Switzerland national team decide to play for Kosovo instead. It's also bad news for Albania because as far as I know many of the Kosovo/Albanian diaspora over there who would be eligible to play for both Albania and Kosovo rather feel connected to Kosovo and will possibly play for their national team.

Edit: Adnan Januzaj already told he'd like to play for Kosovo

But seeing our pot, we'll lose to France, probably to Sweden too and maybe even to Bulgaria because well everyone knows how shitzu we were in the EC 2016 qualification :/

Well, I've already read before that they would probably play in Group I if they get accepted. The draw hasn't been held because :xk: can't be in the same group with :ba: or :rs: because of political reasons.

Poor :ch:, who will play for them now? xrofl2

well okay.. UEFA doesn't accept :ba: and :xk: to be in the same group but :al: and :rs: in the same group for Euro 2016 qualification was obviously alright

Anyway, I always find it interesting to see new national teams enriching the European football. Good luck :xk: (just not against :is: )

Well, I agree... but maybe it's better to stop the possible riots. I think that Albania and Serbia aren't such direct "enemies" as Serbia and Kosovo are. But then again, I don't think that situation between Bosnia and Kosovo is worse than between Albania and Serbia. It probably has to do with the fact that almost 1/2 of :ba: is Serbian and that they still didn't recognise Kosovo as a country. They surely can't be in the same group with Serbia, though. Probably the teams themselves would refuse to play against each other. xfacepalm

Anyway, Group I will be a bloodbath. All teams are pretty strong, even the weakest ones like :fi: and :xk: aren't bad. Actually :xk: could turn out as strong team if players from all over Europe decide to play for them. Poor :is:, they should have had profit from being in Pot 2 and it doesn't seem they have had any now. :(

Actually you can see here how bad FIFA's ranking system is. I'm thinking who has invented such bad algorithms. :? :wale: in Pot 1 above :es: and :hr:? Sorry but that is a joke. :ro: one of the top best European teams and therefore in Pot 1? While :fr: and :it: are in Pot 2. No wonder why we get such groups then. Even though I'm not against that sometimes weaker teams are helped a bit.

:xk: in Group I is also because only :be: and :ee: of Group H nations recognize the independence, getting visa for the Group I nations is alot easier. Btw, imagine they qualify for Russia, but Putin is not willing to give them visa xcrazy

I think they can become a decent national team, which might qualify for the Euro one day. They won their first official match. Okay 2-0 against :fo: is no breathtaking event, but this team won twice over a former European champion, so they cannot be tooo bad

About the FIFA ranking system xrofl2
