The ultimate games from Germany don't say much about their chances I'd say. In 2 out of 3 matches this year the starting eleven was indifferent to the one we can expect. Only the match against Spain showed us what we can expect, and I must say this match was a great, almost world cup alike. Both teams showed great attacking spirit. With Spain beating the shit out of Argentina I'd say they are one of the top favourites. Others are Brazil, France, Germany and maybe Belgium or even England (small chances for the lions tho). But for Brazil and France are the top shots. France may sorted out many promising names, but I guess that was in favour of the team spirit. Better have 12 reserves than a squad of 22 stars who cannot handle not to play. And Brazil is always considered a favourite and sometimes things just have to work out. I mean it's 16 years since they've won, sometimes it just happens even if you don't expect it. Especially with Brazil.
Anyway I hope for an exciting tournament. I want to see a cured Salah, Isco and Reus on fire, Iran or Morocco eliminating Portugal/Ronaldo, Senegal (the first world cup sensation I got to experience) and Iceland doing well and the missing dot on i would be a thrilling Group D with Argentina being eliminated. So sad that Dybala, Higuain and Messi cannot play for other teams.
