This year that was supposed to be the one with the fairest results because of the 50-50 is being the weirdest ever.
Yeah, we have every year some shocks. But this year we've had three (Slovakia, Croatia and Sweden) from the favourites that didn't make it. That's just a disgrace and also very weird. something's just not going well :(
For the last time, Sweden was not a favourite! The only people Sweden was a favourite for were the Swedes, select Norwegian "experts" and a few vocal fans here on the forums. That does not a favourite make. Have you seen her odds?! Her best odds was 7th! Many bookmakers had her much lower because they realize what a snorefest she was!

Yes, I agree about that the song is a bit too powerfull for his voice. And a BIG YES to Turkey and Ukraine! :D

Look at the games on this forum. Sweden is top-10 or even top-5 in most of them, and we're not all Swedes.
Also on the Spanish websites, Sweden was 5th or 6th, and believe me, it wasn't because of the Swedes ;)

I don't think that there is anything wrong, this year the results seem to be the fairest for many years. Slovakia was one of my favourites but you have to face the fact that it was a very poor performance, she was very nervous and vocally it was weak. You personally liked Croatia & Sweden but I think both these songs are quite boring and tonight they just didn't stand out. Overall I thought that the semi final tonight was very good and it is very hard to pick a winner this year. Can't wait for Saturday.

It's definitely a difficult song to sing, however I think he did a decent job..Ukraine is not my cup of tea, her voice is not bad but the song plus voice makes me nervous for some reason. Turkey always makes it through though.

This year there's no clear over-hyped winner like last year (Rybak).

About 10 countries have the same chances of being the champion. :D
