They bet according to what they think the countries' 'possibilities' to win are taking into consideration past results and diaspora (at least that's what I think)

Yup - Im not saying that that it what should happen - if Russia wins I will be very unhappy, but the chances they stand, the odds get them about right. I think so anyway.

Bear in mind that the juries rated Jedward higher than the televotes last year. I wouldn't be surprised if the juries gave Russia a truckload of points.

Pretty much that. Slovenia could be a dark horse, but tbh neither of them can win. Everything so far points to that. That could change nearer the time. But bookies odds only reflect the current consensus, so in that, they are correct atm.
