Very happy to see Bulgaria and Ukraine back! Hopefully it's the year of Bulgariai/Italy/Iceland

I honestly don't get fans being indifferent and unbothered about Hungary and Montenegro withdrawing.
Of course, I do understand that people have different tastes in music and different favourite countries in Eurovision and neither Hungary nor Montenegro are very high on my personal favourite lists either (all-time) BUT both countries have been very diverse, bold or even progressive in recent years. They've submitted a mixed bag containing of rock, modern, trashy, pop, ethnic, rap, dubstep entries as well as deep lyrics or painfully cliché ones. I will deeply miss both countries and I just hope that they will be back in 2021. They have been a great addition to Eurovision. I might enjoy other entries more but I've always appreciate Montenegro and Hungary's efforts to bring something different to the table (unlike Australia, Sweden, Germany, Russia submitting the same style of entries all over again[even though some of them are amazing, usually well-produced and bla bla bla).

I don't give a crap about Hungary and Montenegro leaving. We have got Bulgaria AND Ukraine back. It's a ridiculous net positive.

I'm not expert in Eurosong , whatsoever...
But why they keep doin
year after year,, isn't that event about something greater that that, about bring closer nations and country's , people and family"s ?? About history and tradition...
I think that people forgot to ,or even are afraid to do something that would make them feel better to go on,but on my opinion not just that event but whole point and system (big call)are doin rounds or they are just throwing second eye to it... people who are watching it Maybe they feel the ironic connection about it , maybe they feel funny and sad at given moment,or they feel nothing.. meanwhile their nation is on stage ,and they are at home whole country is suffering at some point ...other who are working on Eurovision it's their job to do by protocol, it's stressful , they live for it and some make big money out of it.
But in the end its all for the show ,and winner takes it all ...they take responsibility for the circus ,for something that entertain people's houses ,minds,talks...
As the matter of song , they are kinda on rapet too..every year is decided by the people's choice but they are forget 2mounths later or so i think for the past 10years...
As the conclusion of those statements i wanted to say , wouldn't it be better to make something fresh , give back old soul to Eurovision in a new costume ?
Something ideal,that matters something more..
There are a lot of creative people ,singers-song writer's , actors,groups which are good people * too..""
The ones who could make this idea real ,who could write and do the show/song about something that's have been a problem in their country ,problem to solve..if they all could go with their own song like that i think peoples understanding and tolerance would be much greater , voting and listening will be by the hearth and the winner would truly take it all (money from voting/foundations) for unique purpose...

It's always been a circus, when you think about it; the first year Israel participated the performances were taped and there was tight security. Likewise, the 1969 contest where there was a multi-nation tie (and many countries threatened to boycott the following year if Spain hosted again)
It's a bit pointless, unfortunately if an artist wants to send something they're proud of if the broadcaster turns them down. I don't know about how people watching may feel, but I'd like to think the majority of them are feeling something.
I agree with you that it sucks that some countries have to withdraw due to the inability to pay broadcaster fees to the EBU, but you've lost me, are you saying the ones that make money take responsibility for the show as a whole?
If you mean the televote, that's not always true, (if that was the case, KEiiNO would've won this year). And the latter is always going to be a divisive point in what someone considers a classic and what they consider to be aged like milk.
I mean, there have been heartfelt and deep meaning songs that have participated, when you say "old soul" do you mean more chanson/ballads? An orchestra? The language rule? Regardless, it's beating a dead horse at this point. If they didn't bring the latter two back for their anniversary Contest, I doubt they'll come back in the future.
As stated above, at the end the broadcaster decides, and in the case of Eurovision, EBU is involved. Even if we liked a single host, if they choose 5 hosts, there's not much we can do about it. As for the voting, it's always going to be polarizing, which is why there's the yearly debate of whether the juries should have more or less voting power than the televote.
I feel official news has slowed down recently. Nothing from NPO, nothing from other broadcasters except for BNT
I know that Bulgaria is tomorrow but what else is happening tomorrow? Something else in the Eurovision world is happening tomorrow but I cannot remember what it is
