There is a wide range of logos, actually. So, just pick your favourite, and do not be mad about anything.

I was fearing the slogan for its potential Come Together levels of cringeworthiness. It is the common inclusive slogan that we have had since 2013, which is OK. It goes hand in hand with We Are One, Building Bridges, Celebrate Diversity. When they created the slogan, they must have thought how it could relate to the ocean. But in all honesty, it just reminds me of the Altice Arena which is like a big spaceship in Lisbon.

I like the 60’s vibe but at the same time I’m a bit disappointed they didn’t do the whole blue and white water color thing as a logo.

I really like the first logo in the third row. Jellyfish one's cool, too

I am full of praise and admiration for this amazing and original theme. Although it is aquatic, it does not include boring blue and purple. Obrigado, Portugal!

Someone post this artwork on Reddit. I don't know if it's official or not, but it's stunning.

The colours remind me a bit of Athens! :D Really love the design and artwork probably the best ever since I've been watching (14 years)... good job Portugal!

It's a very welcome break from the dark themes with trite messages!! We haven't seen something like that since 2012! And I'm so happy the postcards are going to feature Portugal, but still have the artists in them, they're going to look great!! It's like Athens 2006 but better, bom trabalho RTP!!

RTP has said that the hosts may be someone from other broadcasters, as Eurovision will be a big event that the whole nation should celebrate and put above the broadcasters boundaries. Very interesting, I could see them picking someone like Cristina Ferreira. Catarina Furtado would be extremely pissed off if that happened
It seems we might have some news about the hosts in November already.

I couldn't care less about slogans and logos, but this one looks like a poster from some cheap seafood restaurant.
In any case, with that theme, I guess the merchandising will be focused on the summer which is just after Eurovision, so it's a smart move.

I hope the main focus will still be the singers. 2011 postcards were interesting a little as they introduced us nice music tunes and different camera techniques, but other than that, the postcards used to be so dull and boring. I don't want Eurovision to change that to presentation of countries.

The postcards will be filmed with each artist in a different location in Portugal, that's all we know so far. I think this is the best of both worlds - we get to know the signers somewhat and we get to show off the hosting country as well.

In RTP's plans for 2018 it says that the investment from RTP towards Eurovision 2018 will be 12 million euros. The final budget is expected to be around 23 million euros, with Portugal's tourism board and the Lisbon town hall contributions. Turns out this won't be the cheapest Eurovision in the last 10 years after all, as Sweden 2016 cost 16 million euros.

Wow, that sounds amazing. Exactly the type of postcards I'd like to see when a country hosts for the first time.
