I would be really happy with as the champion, and also, deserved the bronze medal, as they played really great basketball on the tournament and it would be a great award for all the effort that is put in.

Lithuania plays maybe even worst than we played against Spain today afternoon! I don't understand....

This is really a very pleasant surprise as it was definitely unexpected... as basket-ball is rather unexistant here... though Tony Parker put it into the light a lot, but his team never managed to go anywhere... The match has been aired by TV, which may be the 1st time ever a basket-ball game is aired at 20h30 on France 2 !
But Bravo Basket-ball team and bravo Tony Parker, our new hero !

Congrats to France, sad about Lithuania! Kalnietis is a wonder player. Kleiza is pretty good too. But Lithuania needs to learn how to throw free throws. Tony Parker was great as ever!!!

They had a great percentage of shot for both 2 and 3 points, and it is known that the shot gets weaker because of the pressure when losing the match + it's tough to beat someone twice on the same championship, and there you have it. I am especially because of our brother Joffrey Lauwergne
Too bad that didn't take the medal They deserved it. They managed to hold on well, but I guess is too strong for the team at the moment. If they scored in some situations where the match was still tight, probably the tightness would have been prolonged, but it went the way it went. The Spanish defense is the best on the tournament and it is not easy to break it. Nevertheless, this is a fantastic success for national team, and you shouldn't be sad. A great base for the future successes was set up, and I am sure that this (and even better) success can be repeated on the World championship in Spain next year and in the following years too.
