Congratulations to :pt: . Well deserved.

I am proud of our team, we were knocked out without losing a match, indeed. Something like Costa Rica on this World Cup. In the situation where we missed our two best players, where 3rd best player (the captian of the team) got injured and had to leave the match, and 4th best player totally out of form, this is an excellent result. We were a bit more defensive than I wanted, but it was the only way we could have achieved the wanted result.

And well.........penalties are always a lottery. Last year we knocked out :pt: on penalty shoot out, now they returned the "favor" to us, and that's football.

These guys are a future of our football and we don't have to worry for the future because they have amazing potential :D Last year we won the U19 Euro, now we are among 4 best teams in Europe, what more can one want...

Great victory by our u-19-team :-)
One of the best players of the team, Marc Stendera, plays for my favorite club. I hope he will continue his great developement.

Can't wait for Sunday. Germany VS Scotland at the Westfalenstadion. The atmosphere will be legendary. We have a good team and we have high hopes we'll put on a good display. Our quest to qualify begins!

Our new World Cup Champion didn't had a good start today

:ar: 4 - :de: 2

The revange is a sweet thing

Revenge? You can't call it revenge, you can't compare a friendly to a world cup final at all

Nobody can take away the world cup trophy from us  (at least not until 2018  )

To be honest even if we had lost like 1:7, I wouldn't give a f... It's just a bit sad that we didn't continue our strike of unbeaten matches (which was 18 prior the match today)

Credit to Argentina, they played very creatively and beautifully even without Messi... Di Maria is pure world class and I don't get it why Real Madrid sold him... Would be funny if they sign him again in maybe 2 years and pay around 100 million €

Tomorrow we'll see what Croatia can do in the next two years. I hope for some improvement in Kovač's behaviour, because he became a real SOAB.

Decently played, what a wonderful goal Ozan Tufan scored in the last seconds!

In 2 days.........

:rs: - :fr:

We have this luxury, that we are starting the real qualifications in October, due to the fact that :fr: , as a host of EURO, is also playing the qualifications, but in the form of friendly matches.

I expect a great visit on the stadium of Partizan and a good match. :fr: is an ideal rival to see where we are at the moment, what things are good, and what needs to be fixed, and also, on which players we can count on for the matches against :am: and :al: in October, and those matches will be crucial.

I´m a bit worried about this match, last year during the qualification for World Cup, they defeated us with relative ease in Vienna. It all depends if our defenders can handle Alaba and the other great strikers. I really hope we can secure Points in this game, if we play as bad as we did in the 1st half last summer then it´s a loss for sure

Gutted about that. We were worth a point after that second half performance. But if we keep playing like that then Ireland, Poland are Georgia will be no problem. I'm more confident than ever that we'll qualify.

:rs: 1-1 :fr:

Quite good performance from the whole team and I am satisfied. France is, after all, a top-class team, and, imo, after :de: and :es: the 3rd strongest European team. The first half was not that great, we couldn't create any scoring chance and were struggling a lot to carry the bal to their field, we also conceived a very stupid goal after a begginer's mistake. But the second half was much better and we deserved that goal. We could have won as well, but still, this is a good result and it is good to show and see that we can play equally against huge teams.

Now we can start preparing for our first two rivals in October - :am: and :al: . None of the 2 musn't be underestimated, :al: has demonstrated once again that they are a great team by beating :pt: on their own field. And we also all know what those matches between us and them will bring. Still, I am quite a huge optimist, and I even believe we are mild favorites for the 1st place in the group.

But still, match by match............the first next match is always the most important one. In this case, it is :am: . That is our "final", at this point. 3 points in Armenia are a must.

The whole of Portugal is pretty much embarassed by the whole national team after yesterday. All you could hear at the end of the much was 'boo'. The match was also in my local city, first time the team lost there.

Obviously I'm happy with the result, though I didn't celebrate the 2nd goal that much. Scotland was strong in 2nd half, but I think our team should've score more often in 1st half. They had so many chances at the beginning, so I think the result is quite okay. Hope you guys will qualify finally again, 18 years been long enough!
