I hope for Czech Republic today, but also Portugal in the Semis would be ok.

Good luck to the Czechs tonight, hopefully they brutalise Cronaldo with crunching tackles.

Why is everybody here supporting the Czech Republic?

Go :pt:

Mutual hatred of Ronaldo combined with the underdog support, I guess. Or at least that's my reason

Go :cz:!

I predict 2-1 for Czech Republic. Portugal has been kinda lucky throughout the group stage and if Czech Republic can cancel out Ronaldo they'll stand a great chance.

LOL. Keep dreaming. And Portugal "lucky". WTF? How winning two times in the group of death is being lucky? People are so pressed when it comes to the Iberian teams, it's not even funny.

Sue us for having the best player in the world. :?

Probably, but I didn't find it like that in UEFA website. It's a weird prediction.

Let's rephrase that: why aren't you supporting Czech Republic too?

I dislike most of the players from the portuguese squad (especially Nani and Ronaldo). Imo they're a bunch of divas who don't know how to work as a team but instead base their play solely on individual quality and diving whenever necessary.

Plus, I've always admired Czech Republic as a football-nation. They're a bit like Denmark, Sweden and other 2nd-category football nations; despite their underwhelming size and population they create great results and even manages to beat the superpowers from time to time. I got really into them in 2004 when they reached the semi-finals (and beat Denmark in the quarter-final :(). Who don't remember such legendary players as Jan Koller and Pavel Nedved, not to mention Milan Baros when he was at the peak of his career?

I wish it could be so easy, but this will be a very annoying and hard game, I'm very sure...

By the Way, Ronaldo isn't the best player in the world - That's of course Lionel Messi.

Why would I sue you? Seeing as how dependant you are of him, you'd be chanceless without him so that'd just be cruel.

Yup, you were pretty lucky to advance. The portuguese team showed huge lack of moral against us and you only won that match due to our Simon Poulsen posing as if he was about to take a crap on the field in the dying minutes. Then you met Netherlands with zero self-confidence who were practically already out and seemed as if they couldn't be bothered if they lost or not.

If Portugal proves me wrong tonight they might gain my respect though.

I'm sure Greece won't be a problem. You guys are so self-confident.

In my heart he is the best (just because of his nationality ).

What do you mean, chanceless without him? As if the portuguese team is all about Ronaldo. Other three players already scored goals.

Look, the :pt: team ain't lucky. They defeated two of the favourite teams. That's nothing about luck. That's about strenght and determination.

I won't be surprised if Greece wins the match tomorrow. Will be embarrassing for us, but the performance of our team wasn't THAT good as of yet.
