Logical result, no surprises here. Thought Little Mess deserved better, they got unlucky with technical problems it seemed.

Got 5/6 with my predictions. I figured jury would probably like Anett & Fredi, but didn't think it would be enough to get them through! But I guess they were midtable with televoters & managed to sneak in.

Surprised Stefan flopped enough to need round two. I guess he was probably 5th or 6th in round 1, but whatever the case, we can rule him out as a potential winner. I'd say the winner will come from semi 2, unless Uku & Jaagup both completely drop the ball. Rasmus was alright, but his vocals were pretty dodgy at times, and staging was kind of plain. Might have been nerves, perhaps he'll improve in the final. Out of semi 1 qualifiers, he's the likeliest potential winner, but he'd have to up his game. Egert had a good performance, but I'm not sure this type of song will have enough televote appeal to win. Synne will be sunk by juries I imagine.

I hope "Majakad" will pull a "Verona" xheat I think I prefer the live performance to the studio cut now. Synne's vocals are on point (and she's stunning!).
If it's that good with minimal staging, I can only imagine what it could be with a more elaborate presentation.

With Stefan basically dead it's clearly Jaagup winning unless he completely ruins it. Not sure if Uku will pick up the scraps though, I thought Egert might have been a huge hit with the televoters actually. It's very palpable as a song (even though it's as original as a brick in a wall) and his performance was just great fun and charming.

If there really are technical/sound issues, that's probably because the Tartu arena is a sports hall where concerts aren't usually held. I'm all for Eesti Laul expanding out of Tallinn, but I imagine they could do it in someplace more suitable for this kind of an event.

Venue shouldn't matter much if you have the right equipment and there's been enough time for preparations. Well it does for the audience that's actually there, but shouldn't matter for TV is what I mean.

I agree with @tuorem 100%, to me "Majakad" sounds genuine minimalistic as it was tonight, not to imagine what can be.. xpray

I like her vocal tone as well.. xlove xheart

And barefoot sailors with accordions are awesome.. xyaaay

It all sounded great in the arena. Some more than others, but still. It's definitely mostly a production issue it seems. Stefan was fab vocally, but I think my favourite over-all live was Rasmus. Really glad for Sünne as well.

Got 5/6 in my prediction as well. Had Revals instead of Anett x Fredi... It's not the type of song the public would go crazy for, but they definitely might have been first with the juries.

I have just listened to the Walk With Me (Laura) and no idea how we got from that to this snoozefest Stefan serves us. He literally sent the same song two years in a row.

+Shira might pull a Johanna Eendra and flop live, but we’ll see
