To the Estonians in here: What chances would you consider Ithaka has winning? Is she a known name? Is the song popular with the public/betting?
She seems to be one of the public favorites along with Getter and Outloudz.

On a betting site TrioBet.ee she shares first place with Getter. Ratio at the moment is 3.5:1

From the 1st semi final Getter Jaani and Outloudz were way above the others. Reality is that Getter Jaani would get 10+ places higher result in ESC, but I dont give a damn about the ESC result and Outloudz is 10 times more quality music. I want Estonia to go to Düsseldorf with quality music (maybe miss the finals) and keep our face while sending high quality stuff with "Eff You Europe - we are ok with last place and dont need to go mad just to win this clown contest" mentality. So shortly ... Outloudz it is for me!!!

If Outloudz will win Eesti Laul, then is really worst ESC ever. Its like with other NF last day, full of great music, but will be choosen...not the worst, if I speak here about Outloudz, but not so great song.
I'm not sure did I understood right that place is not important but the music, whats said up there by RobinHood, but I hope Estonia will do great this time, but I'm not sure at all that with this song. It will be very sad to watch ESC final without Estonia again and again. (2009 was amazing year!!)

Eesti Laul is not about choosing the song that could get the highest place in ESC. Its about choosing the best Estonian SONG.

As much as I hate it to say Getter Jaani`s song has its strengths somewhere else than simply listening a good music. Childish, computed voice with guys doing somersaults and running like idiots around the stage is sure fun to watch and interesting to listen ... but its not really a MUSIC. Again it would do much better than Outloudz in ESC and it will probably beat Outloudz 2 weeks from now, would prefer different outcome though.

Seriously Estonia: do NOT chose Outloudz!!! :/

@ RobinHood

Quality is subjective, so maybe YOU like it the most, but you can't say it's "more quality" as a fact though.

Anyways, I'm not rooting for Getter either.

Ithaka it has to be! But looking at how countries have chosen up until now, I'm ready for a disaster :(

^They showed a clip of Ithaka Maria's performance yesterday and it seems that she's quite capable of performing the song well though the clip ended with an weird screeching so I don't know.

But I have to say I'd quite surprised with Baby Had You. I was almost certain it was going to fall completely apart but Victoria and her backings actually pulled it off quite well:

Its not just me. Jury also rated them much higher than any other song and they are mostly experts. Again it should be a song competition not a show competition. Getter Jaani`s performance is more of a show and kinkiness, while Outloudz was pure singing

I dont like Shakira Maria. Totally pointless words, lots of screaming and tit shaking. Good for high place in ESC bad for my ears.

Juries are NO more experts than YOU and ME or anyone else for that matter. Why would some 5 people know better than others?

Music is and always will be a subjective matter. Yes, there may be some "experts" that doesn't get caught up in "who's popular" and stuff like that, but in the end of the day, we have only our own taste.

So if you like Outloudz, good for you go ahead, you're entitled to your opinion offcourse.

I'd chose "Shakira Ithaka's" tit-shaking ANY DAY over them though, does that make me tasteless in your eyes? Well that's MY taste. It's not better or worse than your taste, it's just different taste that's all.

The juries didn't rank anybody. If I'm not mistaken, they just revealed the jury top 5 in random order before the televote was over.

3 out of my Top 5 won in semi 1. I gave Getter Jaani 12 and Victoria 10 points. They truly deserved.
Broadcast was great, especially i love the presentation of Eesti Laul :D

For me, it has to be the Outloudz. I wanna meet Bob Dylan is one of the few 'real' songs in this eurovision and it will certainly stand out among the rest.

I'm just curious about you who say Outloudz is the only "real" song and only "quality" one.. is it because it's rock?

People liking rock usually thinks that if it's not rock, it's not quality.

Now don't get me wrong, you're obviously entitled to your opinion, but I often find that attitude among rock fans, not so much among others.

I'm afraid that song would fair just as Estonia 2010, and it's not even half as good as that one imo.

Listen, A-lister, singing is singing. Tit shaking, copying Shakira, screaming pointless word "hopaparei", making somersaults on the stage, computing the voice etc. is NOT singing. Its a SONG competition so singing and music should come first.

It doesnt matter if I hate or like rock ("I wanna meet Bob Dylan" It`s not even a rock song btw) I just want BS of people voting with their eyes to stop.

If you cant understand this, I`m sorry cant explain it to you easier.
