The last days I've just been starting to think that this year isn't that bad after all.
BUT - watching the recaps of the semifinals got me coming down to earth again. I still believe this year is terrible. Even more now I have all of the performances one after another. I was waiting for the good songs to come but suddenly the recaps were over, leaving me disapoointed. No drive at all. Most of my faves are of the big 5 so maybe that's why as they are missing in the semis. Plus, a lot of songs I like in the studio version are plain noise live.
Don't get mad, my friends, like every year I still got a few songs I'm in love with which make me enjoying and happily looking forward to the contest! So just saying, no complaints!
The running order is so strange this year. A lot of similar songs starting one after another. If I didn't knew it was decided by some folks, I would say they threw the dice this year! Are you sure that Björkman has again decided the running order? It doesn't have his pattern
(except for the advantageous starting positions of the Scandinavian countries. And Australia. How else will they justify the huge amount of jury points they will - again - get this year?
